  Lee was amazing. My tire was flat. Then the spare was flat. He figured out the problem of a broken value stem. Repaired and fixed and sent me on my way free of charge. Super fast. Super easy. Outstanding service. 10/10!

  This is absolutely the worst location I’ve ever been to. If you have money to waste and like people playing in your face take your car here. I had brakes and rotors replaced on my car. Over a $1K repair. The minute I drove away from the building it was making an extremely loud screeching noise like metal on metal. I took it right back the guy told me it’s normal, I have to drive it for a few days because everything’s new. For almost an entire week my car sounded like this. This service was completed on a Monday, I took it back the following Friday. They basically acted as if I was crazy and they didn’t hear anything. I had to get my father (someone who knows a little bit about cars) to call them to basically repair my vehicle correctly. The manager then took on my service ticket personally and fixed it correctly. As a woman, I shouldn’t have to call a man to contact them to repair my car correctly, but that’s how this location operates. The service is low budget and horrible.

  Avoid this place if you expect honesty, accountability, or basic respect. My vehicle was serviced incorrectly, and when the issue was brought to Mike’s attention, his response was not to fix the problem or take responsibility. Instead, he was rude, condescending, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. What should have been a simple conversation about correcting a mistake turned into an exercise in arrogance. Mike clearly believes talking down to customers is an acceptable substitute for customer service. Rather than addressing legitimate concerns, he chose to act as though he was above criticism and beyond accountability. Everyone makes mistakes. The difference is that professionals own them. Mike did not. He seemed far more interested in defending himself than correcting a problem that should never have happened in the first place. The quality of the work was unacceptable, but the attitude was even worse. No customer should have to pay for a service and then be treated with disrespect when they question the results. If this is how customers are treated when something goes wrong, it raises serious concerns about the standards of the entire business. Mike’s behavior was a perfect example of how to lose a customer permanently. I will never return, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering this business to think twice before trusting their vehicle to people who refuse to accept responsibility for their own work.

  They are not forthcoming with their prices and what to expect during an inspection. Overcharged by $200 - I would avoid this place at all costs.
