- VTVon Da TruthJul 10, 20261.0This is the worst location of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers to go to in all of Birmingham, Alabama. The workers at this location is lazy and they work extra slow. They never have time to properly service your vehicle because they state that they are backed up. Well, if they wasn't busy standing around talking and sitting down pretending to be busy, maybe they wouldn't always be so backed up as they usually are... For instance, when I pulled into their location everyone looked idle, nobody was doing anything, but I when I requested to have my vehicle checked out I was told that they was too busy, and behind on work. How so when they was all just standing around and sitting around doing nothing???????? And if they are behind it is due to them all being lazy and coming to work with the mindset of not desiring to work. Again: THIS IS THE WORST LOCATION IN ALL OF BIRMINGHAM ALABAMA. THEY GIVE MORE REASONS AS INTO WHY THEY CAN'T DO A CAR REPAIR VERSES GIVING A SOLUTION TO RESOLVING THE CAR ISSUE... Save your time, energy, gas, and money by going to a better location with better people who is willing to help you with good customer service when it comes to car repairs. THEY ARE MORE UNAVAILABLE THAN THEY ARE AVAILABLE WHEN IT COMES TO REPAIRING CARS
