- NTNyah T.Oct 8, 20265.0Buddy and his team, Danielle and Madison, did an amazing job! They were all very helpful, patient, and kind. They took the time to answer every question I had and made sure I was well taken care of. Their customer service was outstanding, and I truly appreciate all of their help. Thank y’all so much!
- SSShaylaOct 4, 20265.0I had a great experience here, I got my oil changed and a new air filter. Alex and Buddy made sure I understood everything happening and explained things perfectly-as someone that knows next to nothing about cars. The pricing was also a plus. I highly recommend this place!
- THTamara HubbardOct 3, 20265.0Garrrett showed great customer service and answered my questions regarding my brakes in a professional manner.
- ASAndrea ScottSep 20, 20265.0I had a great experience with Danyelle who serviced my vehicle. She was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was checked and taken care of properly and she has the softest voice and patience. She worked efficiently without making me feel rushed and explained what she was doing when needed. You can tell she takes pride in her work and actually cares about providing good service. I’d definitely recommend coming to Express Oil Change and having your vehicle serviced by Danyelle.
- MHMon HamptonSep 19, 20261.0I had a terrible experience at Express Oil Change. Danyetta did not properly check my vehicle, and the service I received was very disappointing. I expected my vehicle to be inspected and serviced carefully, but that was not the case. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and attention to detail. When it comes to someone working on your vehicle, you should be able to trust that everything is being properly checked. Unfortunately, I did not feel that was done during my visit. I would like management to address this situation and ensure that customers are receiving the proper service and attention they are paying for.
