Right from the start Courtney was very helpful whenever I called, which was about three times in a span of a few days. She was patient and helped me think through my plan when she did not have to take that extra time. She professionally explained to me my options and how it would fit my needs. She was clear with me that the 3/4 ton trucks and 1 ton truck rentals were being returned the morning I was arriving and I may need to wait while they were cleaned so I was prepared and able to work my schedule around that. When I arrived I did not have to wait and Dylan jumped right in to help me and get my rental started. We did the walk through and he paid attention to every detail of the truck and took some pictures and logged them in before I left. He made this process so easy and made this experience so smooth. He provided me with the receiver sleeve for the 3/4 ton truck I rented and also provided me with a hitch clip. What a lifesaver! Upon return I was greeted by Brit over the phone and then she also checked me out at the store and what a great and fun experience she made that! I could have talked to her all day - she was so genuinely kind, efficient and got the job done quickly. Great team there at Enterprise Birmingham and I would happily rent from them again and possibly buy a truck from them in the future! Thanks guys :)

The Manager, Courtney was spectacular about accommodating my reservation when there were very few vehicles available. She pulled a van out of her magic hat and saved me from having to cancel a very lucrative work contract, and I am SO grateful for that!! Thanks, Courtney!!!

I am extremely disappointed by the lack of reliability or support from this location. Despite having reserved a 24 ft box truck a week in advance for a contracted job pick up, scheduling a hotel, and taking a day trip after work to be in Birmingham for the weekend, we were contacted the morning before our pickup that there were no available trucks on site due to a ‘recall’. We were scheduled to pickup on Saturday morning and return on Monday, as they are closed on Sundays and do not offer after hour returns. We were given no options other than to move our reservation to the following week. We contacted our vendor and got them to last minute reschedule the shop staff to the following Saturday morning and were just out the cost of a hotel and day of travel. Today we reached out to confirm that our reservation was still held and that we could be guaranteed a truck for this Saturday due to the shortage last week. We were informed that they would be changing our invoice and charging an additional $112 for an additional day due to them being closed on Labor Day. This would require us to return the truck on Tuesday, as this location doesn’t offer after-hour returns— also increasing our invoice without any other options offered. So the invoice amount that my Purchase Order and payment were approved for at my place of work was no longer accurate. We were not compensated for the inconvenience last weekend, and now they’re wanting to add on payment for an additional day and increase our invoice that was approved— due to an error on your side. We did not want to move the reservation from last week and this was not mentioned at the time of booking changes. It also seems pertinent to include that I’ve seen other reviews for this location stating the exact same issues have occurred a plethora of times. If you’re looking for a reliable and affordable truck rental option, I would not look at using Enterprise Truck Rentals, as I know I will not after this experience.

This Enterprise Truck Rental delivered an excellent experience from start to finish. Owen handled my rental and was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process quick and straightforward. The truck was clean, well‑maintained, and ready to go, and everything was clearly explained so I felt confident before leaving. The return process was just as smooth and friendly, which I really appreciated after a work day. I value the reliability and consistency I received at this location. Highly recommend their services.
