    When I called, the phone was answered on the second ring. I explained what I needed, and the truck was exactly as listed. Renting from Enterprise Trucks was a really easy, great experience. Kudos to Dylan, the one who assisted us-he is top-notch!

    Daniel was awesome. He was very thorough with the inspection, professional, and friendly. As long as he’s there I will definitely be back for business. Booking was straightforward on the website and reasonable wait time upon arrival for vehicle. Thank you Enterprise for a great customer experience. I appreciate it!!!

    Friendly people but seriously understaffed. This leads to serious wait times - 2 people helped in an hour. There is only one person at the desk on Saturday and waited more than an hour to get my reserved truck. They called me to tell me to come at 11 since that would be the shortest wait time before they close at 12. By 12 I still didn’t have my rental truck.
