  I had a wonderful experience with the enterprise downtown Birmingham, Alabama. The person that helped us. Her name was miracle and she was very professional and nice. I would advise anyone that is running a car from enterprise downtown Birmingham to ask for miracle.

  At the downtown Birmingham central city location Jerrell and his coworker, didn’t catch her name, were very professional, quick, and knowledgeable. They made sure that I had an exceptional experience in such short notice. I’ve had some decent experiences before but this specific one was unlike any other! They are complete rockstars at this location. As long as they are there, this enterprise will almost certainly become my go-to when I visit!

  JARRELL is an absolutely amazing manager. He provides the best customer service with such ease and a spirit of excellence. He made what could have been a cloudy experience, very positive. I watched him with other customers and he provided the same awesome service to everyone. He showed no respect of person. His demeanor will make customers return to this location. This location is blessed because of his kindness, and ability to connect to every customer. Everyone is treated the very same. He sets the tone and because of his demeanor the other employees can’t help but follow his lead.He sets the atmosphere and lead by example. Jarrell makes superior customer service look easy. As POA for my sister Janie, who had been in an accident Jarrell put both of our minds at ease. I have gone to other Enterprise locations,but this is the very best one in Jefferson County. Again, Jarrell is absolutely amazing. Kudos to Jarrell & his service, leadership and dedication to Enterprise 5th Avenue North location.

  You all continue to become more costly and attempting to do more with less I am currently in the Pinson office. One guy working. Rather than complete one customer then move to next he starts one, then starts the other. No detailed so I need to wait til he finishes the customers on the inside then he'll go out back and detail mine. Appointment today at 1. Currently, it's 212pm and I'm supposed to 'be patient, there's only me'. An industry problem now placed on the customer because there's 'only him'. Try to invoke a grain of customer service into this agency. I don't rent for 1pm to pick up at 3pm. There's a reason for renting a car.
