Once the manager came into the establishment, he told me that they only had a suv that would require a credit card and I informed him that I didn’t want a suv nor did I want to use my credit card for something I didn’t reserve. I am a gold member and this is not the first time I’ve had this issue. From the looks of the reviews I can tell I’m not the only one this has happened to. *Side note make sure you always read the “newest” reviews for the most accurate recent reviews.

Watched a car leave when we are already delayed by their stupidity. Why should we be threatened for your mistake? Absolutely rediculous, go somewhere else. Literally watching an employee unable to even figure out which key is which cars. Theyre saying their doing us a favor and trying to help us out, yet staying he doesnt have to do anything for us. Cares nothing about us at all and is nothing but threatening and overall a jerk over a sitution that they messed up, not us. Over an hour delay and verbal abuse later Kyle was the only competent employee and was an absolute pleasure. The other employees I wouldnt trust with much
