  We waited here for over an house for a reservation we made six months ago. We also called yesterday to confirm the reservation and they said it would be ready. Employees were smoking marijuana in the back and the whole building smelled like weed. This place is awful

  I was very pleased at the amount of time it took to reserve and the pick up service was great, Devin is thinking was his name was so polite and professional during the transport. Once I got to the office everyone was polite and helpful. The check out process was amazing! Adrian Lewis informed me of the car sales and I actually purchased a car from them on Aug 15th. Great team please keep up the fantastic work! Customer service is very important to me.

  I rent from here at least every other month. This specific location because its convenient to my office. I waited nearly two hours for a car today, which they had to downgrade because they did not have a full size available. No apologies- no ETA to the waiting customers, nothing. This isn't the first time I've had to wait more than 30 minutes at this location, even though I always have a reservation. I have at least two more events in the next 30 days where I need a rental. I will be changing my reservations to either another location or another agency altogether.

  Enterprise rental Hoover is the best in the state of Alabama! Rachel and the staff consistently exceed by expectations!

  If I could give -5 scores on this place I would. Don't ever trust a word that they say. I called and spoke with them two different times for them to tell me that they were going to take me to pick up my car from the collision shop after I rented a car for a week I get there at 8:00 in the morning only to be told that they would not take me that far after it was confirmed twice they tell me no. I drove an hour to get there was still an hour away from the collision shop only to be told, "Why don't you call an Uber?" because an Uber costs over $100 for that kind of trip don't take your business here. Take your business elsewhere. They don't deserve a dime of your money, and if they treated me like this, they'll treat you like that too. Didn't even get an apology from him. No, I'm sorry that happened, sir. Nothing. So now not only am I out a day of work I have to call my wife who has to take off of work to come get me and drive me to get my car so all in all I'm out close to $500 because Enterprise can't keep their word
