    My experience was exceptionally refreshing the staff was very helpful all around, in particular Ms. Adr. Lewis, She made sure everything was squared away. I definitely will be back to Enterprise, this location in particular.

    I really had a horrible experience with them. Bad customer service, the manager needs social skills training with customers.She need to be in TRAINING all day everyday.Just rude to everyone from NO reason.

    If I could give a ZERO I would, Adrian, whatever her name is,one of the managers,she is THE WORST, I watch her be rude and very unprofessional to multiple customers including ME!!!Would not recommend,RUN away from this place ASAP. They really need to do something about her Attitude,so unprofessional,no customer CARE in the world.

    This review is only for the helpfulness of Alexis Bunn at the Hoover, AL location. I had problems with the vehicle I rented at this location and had to exchange it for another vehicle in Hartford, CT. When I returned to Hoover, Alexis was very helpful in resolving the issue to my satisfaction. I will most likely rent again from Enterprise mainly due to the professionalism of Alexis

    New management has put this place in the gutter. They make their own rules here and decline rentals despite having the required documents the email and website requested. Lobby full of unhappy customers and Alesha, the new manager, does not care about the customers. This place used to be the only place I rented from. Now I've been sitting stranded without a rental for 2 hours.
