Winnie was so helpful, she let us view the minivan before our rental date and showed us how everything worked. She came up with helpful suggestions for transporting our niece who had recently broken her neck in multiple places. The van was perfect but Winnie made us customers for life! Thank you so much for your time and making this trip a little easier.

Enterprise has been my go-to rental vendor for years - friendly/energetic service, competitive prices, and willingness to pick up and drop off. I don't know if it's changed at every location, but I'm done dealing with this store -- and others, too, if they're like it! Employees lack friendliness or empathy. And on my last two rentals, the vehicle I had reserved were not ready for 30-45 minutes after my scheduled pickup time. When I asked what I need to do for it to be ready when I schedule, the store employee told me it's not their issue because reservations does the scheduling and I'd need to ask them, but she couldn't help. My last straw! I tried Avis for my next rental and got great treatment and on-time availability.

I spoke with an enterprise agent at the Columbiana Road location who told me I could come in after 1:30 and get an upgraded vehicle. When I got there they told me nothing was available- no apology. This was after having to call and text multiple times just to get assistance. Terrible customer service.

One of the worst enterprises ever. My booking was for the Pelham location they called me the morning of to go to Hoover to pick up my rental because Pelham did not have any Vans. When I get to Hoover to pick up all there vans where out on maintenance. They had about 6 vans parked in there parking lot and they choose to give me the one that was dirty and abused. When I told the manager he simply said I don’t know why they sent you here anyways. So now I’m in the wrong for following their directions. After he clearly said that the other 6 vans needed tires when they clearly didn’t he changed his lie and said they needed Maintance just so he won’t rent me a van. I booked days in advance to give them time and they waited the day of to do this. The kicker when I asked to speak to a manager a lady said she was and than said let me see and the other guy Cameron said I’m the manager we can’t do anything you either take it or leave it.. so I left it. I’ve rented from this branch in the past but when the one in Pelham opened up I would go there since it’s close to my house. Never doing this again.
