  Isabella was amazing, she explained the entire process as we went along. She is always helpful, courteous, patience, pleasant and knowledgeable. Her customer service skills are excellent,, even while dealing with the heat.

  Each rental I've got here was practically new. The rental and return process was fast and easy. The staff was friendly and professional. No complaints at all.

  I arrived at the scheduled time to pick up my rental vehicle from Enterprise. Unfortunately, the vehicle I reserved was not available. I was then offered a large SUV as an alternative, which I agreed to accept, only to be informed that it was not available either. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Reserving a vehicle should provide customers with confidence that a vehicle will be ready upon arrival. Having both the reserved vehicle and the offered replacement unavailable reflects poor inventory management and created an unnecessary inconvenience. As a result of these issues, I was delayed and ended up running late for a scheduled event. The purpose of making a reservation in advance is to avoid situations like this. What concerns me most is that I already have another reservation with Enterprise in a couple of weeks in another city. Based on this experience, I am seriously considering canceling it because I no longer have confidence that the vehicle I reserve will actually be available when I arrive. I expect better communication and planning from a company of Enterprise’s size and reputation. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet my expectations and was unacceptable.   I just had a great experience with Enterprise in the Birmingham airport! I originally rented my car with Avis and when I landed at 11:30pm they told me they only had 12 passenger vans when I rented a compact SUV. I frantically went to Enterprise and the guys were so nice! Barry was great and he helped get me a Mini Cooper Countryman. The process was super smooth and everyone was so nice. Joe and Tristan were also amazing. Great team and super appreciative of them stepping up and helping me when Avis let me down. I usually just pick the cheapest rental but this experience is going to make me a repeat Enterprise customer.
