- JFJoseph FincherAug 14, 20261.0Beware, just because you have a reservation for a vehicle doesn’t mean they have it. Nor does it mean that they will help you find one. Absolutely horrific customer service. If this review is still up. They still haven’t made it right. I showed up to pick up a truck this morning. At the desk I was told “I know you have a reservation but we don’t have one”. When asked what can we do? I was informed that there isn’t much we can do. When I asked how can that be that there are no trucks in Birmingham, the lady at the desk proceeded to swap desk stations and start helping other customers. After waiting with no interaction for 10 minutes or so, it became clear that her intentions were to ignore me until it was convenient for her or wait until I left. I left. After calling customer service, they advised me that they had reached out to “the management team” and I would get a call “in a few minutes”. That was several hours ago. Still no call, still no resolution. Top to bottom disappointing customer service from a company that advertises exceptional customer experience. Again, if this review remains posted. This situation was still has not been resolved.
