I had to drop my car off at the body shop on Monday at 12:00pm, and I had a scheduled time for enterprise to come pick me up at that time. One hour before it was time for them to come get me I received a call from them saying they didn't have any cars available, and that i would have to come sit at the location to wait 15-30min to wait on a rental. I was fine with that, but Jada was 45 mins late picking me up and I was on my hour lunch break. They said that they would give me call later today when a rental becomes available, but never received a call, I had to call them. They have given me the run around for the past 3 days. Today is now Wednesday, I called and found out that their won't be any cars til Friday. My whole thing is why not reach out and tell me when y'all know I been calling for the past 3 days.
