  I had to get a rental from here while my car was in the body shop. It was such a pleasant experience! They picked me up from the body shop on either end of my rental. The branch manager checked in on day 2 of the rental which was so nice! I highly recommend this location if you are in need of a rental in Birmingham!

  Cam and J were incredible and so helpful. I needed a premium SUV for a long trip and Cam drove to another location to make sure I had what I need. So grateful for this location and its convenience to my house!!

  Make an appointment for like an hour or two before you need the car. Their clocks must not be right in there... Also, by the time you do get checked in, they probably won't even have the car here and you have to wait for them to go pick it up at the airport. They only have one person working the desk and two people running back and forth to pick up cars. This place doesn't have enough people working and they also don't have enough cars for their appointments made well in advance.
