I frequently travel for work and own a Ford, so my truck is always in service. I’ve been a loyal customer of Enterprise for years, and the friendly staff is always a plus. However, I have one complaint about their vehicle inventory. It fluctuates quite a bit, and sometimes they don’t have the vehicle you booked for. I understand that last-minute bookings and the high frequency of rentals can cause this, but it’s still frustrating. I typically book rentals for weekends starting on Thursday or Friday, so it’s understandable that those are peak days for car rentals. However, I would recommend having more consistent rentals, especially for Midsize/full-size SUVs and trunks. Awesome staff!
