  Cameron was so friendly, professional, efficient, and I will ask for him by name the next time I need to rent a car. Whatever you are paying him is not enough. He is a pivotal asset to your company!

  I had a very frustrating experience with the Enterprise Birmingham South location. I called before making a large purchase to verify that a truck was available, and I was assured that it was. Based on that confirmation, I made the purchase. About 15 minutes later, they called and said they actually did not have a truck available. When I explained that I had called specifically to confirm before buying, the person on the phone was extremely rude and tried to blame me. She then put me on hold for about 20 minutes. I hung up, called back, and was immediately put back on hold again. I contacted Enterprise customer service and was told a district manager would call me to help resolve the issue, but two hours later I still had not received a call, and the location was about to close. This caused a major inconvenience and was handled very poorly. I understand inventory can change, but I called ahead specifically to avoid this situation and was treated badly when Enterprise’s own information turned out to be wrong. Very disappointing customer service.

  Super.bunch of people to work. My rental car experience was outstanding from start to finish. My rental was set by my insurance agent and everything was ready when I picked up my car. The return process was just as easy. I was in there only about 5 minutes Thanks to the Mgr and team at the Enterprise on 4th Avenue South on Birmingham AL.
