I received the email stating that I have reservations at 12 to pick up the car just so they can tell me, there is no car available and if you take a seat we can check who else is bringing cars in and you will be first. Why say a car is available if it’s not? I only booked my trip because theu said they will have a FREAKING car available. Other than pretty good experience when everything goes smoothly. Staff is very nice as well.
