Best Autozone I have ever visited. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Jaece and Andy went ABOVE and beyond to help us get a new battery selected and installed and helped us find a solution to fix the license plate light. Beyond grateful for their patience, service and time helping us. Highly recommend this location! Also, the store was so organized and clean.

So be careful coming here because you might get a mixed bag of employees. Just went in for a bottle of antifreeze and had one employee just throw his hand up at me and say “not now I’m with a customer” before storming off outside when all I asked was if he could tell me where it was. Thankfully another employee saw and apologized for his rudeness, grabbed the bottle for me and checked me out.

this is my first time and definitely will be my last time to check my battery at Autozone 280. i came to check if my battery need to check weather i could just recharge or replace. and i i decided to recharge first and see what will happen if i need to replace. waited for almost 1,5 hours only to get mean treatment, first walk asked if my battery is done, the old man just asked what time did u recharge? i said about almost 1,5hours ago. and that Old man just said probably not done yet. i was like, would you mind to check it first for me? and yea, he said its done. he came with my battery, and told me to grab it. i was like, i need an assistance to put it back to my car and set it up because i have no tools and i dont know how to do it since autozone people was the one who took it out. He said its not his responsibility at first to do that. and i said i know its free for recharge but i would love to pay for that assistance. he kept saying its not about money but its not his responsibility. i kept arguing i dont know how to do it and im not a mechanic . its ended up he did that. i gave him 'lil tip' but he refused it. i said its okay because at least you finally helped me. he asked why you gave me money? i said nicely because i appreciate what you did by helping me even though in the begining you kinda mean to me ( i cried a lil and smile) and he was so offended, started getting mad to me, and threw my money to my car. i was like whats wrong with this "old white man"? i would love to spill his name, but yea he is a sales manager here. this kind of treatment scared me alot that will make me never go back again to autozone 280. for all girls out there, i think you need to start bring your tools to set up your battery by yourself if you go to this autozone. Thank you to the Store manager that listened to me, i really hope you do something for this.

We had to get a new battery for my girlfriend's car. Had someone who checked us out, but he was resistant on being helpful. We had a VIN ready because we wasn't sure the exact sub model of the vehicle, but he not look at the computer to put the info in. I had to adjust and tell him the make and model so that he would start looking up in the system, but still didn't try to go through the VIN after we told him we wasn't sure the sub model. He chose a base model, but we were not exactly sure if that was accurate. He didn't seem to really care. I realized later after we paid for the battery that the worker did check that we did not give the core to them even though we normally are asked if we are giving the battery to them and he literally clicked the exchange button 20 times in front of us while side eyeing us. At the time, I thought he was just tired or the computer system wasn't operating correctly. The worker was not thrilled that I needed assistance to swap the battery out because we didn't have the tools. He ended up grabbing the battery, drove the cart over the curve, which the cart landed hard onto the parking lot with the battery rocking hard and then walked to my girlfriend's vehicle. I understand we all have bad days, and maybe that was one of his, but it wasn't a good experience for us to deal with. I asked him several times if he needed any help, but he resisted at first. I ended up helping him swap the battery out and also holding my phone as a light source, then putting on the battery cover while I tried to see what he dropped. It was around 8:00 PM, so pretty dark this time of year. My girlfriend and I try to not inconvenience anyone because life is crazy sometimes. I saw he got scratched to from helping us swap the battery, which I felt bad about. I don't think my girlfriend would have been served as "well" as me if she was alone with this worker unless the older gentleman helped instead. I would have liked for him to have realized he checked off the exchange, and resolve it. We all make mistakes, but it is what we do when we realize it that shows our character. I will probably have to call the manager to see if we could get credit for the battery the worker got from us. I've had excellent service from the same store 2-3 years ago on swapping my original battery from my vehicle that was apparently one of the longest lasting batteries the worker ever saw at the time. I generally like leaving people laughing or feeling appreciated, unless someone wants to focus on the tasks at hand. I hope the guy gets better days ahead.

Today the older man working wouldn’t hook up our car to y’all’s diagnostic period for some reason. 0/10 costumer service. He wouldn’t listen to us at all about what we were saying was happening to our vehicle the past couple of weeks. And we felt unheard and taking it to another auto zone now to find some better help
