    DO NOT COME UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!!!! During my visit, I experienced repeated unprofessional and disrespectful behavior from an employee. The employee was dismissive when assisting me and, during the interaction, began using inappropriate language toward me, including insulting and offensive remarks. The behavior escalated to verbal insults directed at me as a customer. In addition, a store manager was present during part of this interaction. Instead of properly intervening or addressing the behavior, I was told not to say anything further to the employee, and the situation was not appropriately de-escalated. As a paying customer, I felt disrespected and uncomfortable in the environment, especially given that the behavior continued without correction. I am requesting that this incident be fully reviewed, including any available camera footage and statements from staff present at the time. I appreciate a formal follow-up once the review has been completed. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

    At the moment I entered the store I was greeted by a warm & friendly staff. They pointed us directly where we needed to go. They were very knowledgeable of the products and placement of those products. And when I wasn’t sure about the exact product I needed , the 2 ladies in the back took the time to educate us about the different types of products & pointed us in the right direction. To make a long story short.. My overall experience, from walking in to checking out, was great! This is my favorite location. Periodt!!!!!
