They installed a defective part and did the job incorrectly, then made the refund process unnecessarily difficult with excuse after excuse to not give me my cash. The son constantly changed his story every time he got caught in a lie. It genuinely gave the impression they are trying to hide or cover something involving cash transactions. Unprofessional experience overall. It’s unfortunate because it seems like the father built a respectable business, but the son is hurting its reputation.
