He was friendly, knew the Hoover Toyota Manager who recommended them, gave me the price on the phone and said the re-attachment of the rearview mirror would take 30 minutes. It actually took less than 20! Friendly service, reasonable price and great hospitality!! And the repair has a lifetime warranty!
