Awesome customer service I would recommend this place to everyone. Ms.Moriah was also and so nice and was the reason the experience was so great. Our technician was also very helpful and experienced.

The receptionist was so sweet . Sweetest lady I’ve ever met . Offered me water straight away and make sure I was comfortable throughout . Updated me on progress and had me out in under an hour . 10000000/100000 would recommend. Thank you again GLASTEK and HENDRICK CDJR for getting me together .

Alabama Glass Tek was referred to us to replace a window in our RV. We were initially hopeful because the company has such great reviews. We had been communicating with Josh, who came out and took measurements to make sure the correct window was ordered. After that visit, however, we never heard from him again. We have sent text messages and received no response. If the company decided they did not want the job, we would have appreciated the courtesy of simply communicating that to us rather than leaving us wondering what happened. Good communication and follow-up are important, especially after a customer has taken the time to schedule an appointment and provide all the necessary information. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Thank you for letting us know through your lack of communication that our business was apparently not wanted.
