  Was there for a oil change and rotating my tires they told me at first the rotating wasn't in with the oil change so had to pay over $60 but another person came and said $26 for rotating tires but I had to buy new tires first

  A good place to go to get your oil changed. I took my diesel truck and the staff was very nice and explained everything they did. I had my own oil and filter, and there was no problem. I will use again.

  I’m always extremely impressed with this location, especially the staff here! I came on a Saturday afternoon and it was packed, but the staff was working so hard in the heat to get us through quickly. My first interaction was with Tim, who has helped me before. He was extremely kind and didn’t judge me for being so overdue for an oil change and even helped me reset my oil reader. As a lady, the kindness and no judging is extremely appreciated. Wyatt came out and cleaned my window for me and was extremely kind the entirety of my visit, and shared with me his love on working on cars. At the end, he even checked my tire pressure before I got on my road trip. I appreciated him helping me out. You can tell he’s an extremely hard working young man with a bright future ahead of him! Chris changed my oil and was so kind, offering the upgrades I truly needed and didn’t pressure me into any I didn’t need, another thing I really appreciated as a woman who doesn’t know cars. He also offered to do my tires, but because they were so busy Wyatt took over. I appreciated the teamwork! The service was phenomenal the entirety of the visit, and for being as crowded and as hot as it was, I was pleased with how they kept up their friendly demeanors and pushed through to get me out in a decent amount of time. I moved to the area not too long ago, and this is one of my favorite places to have my errand run. I am always impressed, but I was especially impressed yesterday. Thank you for what yall do! Please give those sweet guys a paid vacation and raise! 😂They deserve it!

  I own a 2010 Toyota RAV4, and after months of on-and-off hiccups with misfires, which my original mechanic couldn't mend completely, and then a really bad episode of misfires and replacing all spark plugs and coils by myself and my brother in an effort to fix it without breaking the bank, I left the car maintenance place I would go to, “The Garage.” and struck out to find a new place. Express Oil Change had better hours and is open on Saturday, so I made the appointment and prayed I was making the right choice. It took three weeks of replacing this, and that item; the vehicle would then behave in the shop, but after being set loose with me, I would be given mini heart attacks to and from work, which would result in another SOS from me to the shop. Then the second time I left the vehicle with them the issue stated playing hid and seek everytime it raised it's ugly head it was gone by the time the mechanic attached his diagnostic tools which was frustrating to all involved and finally for the third visit having a set up where I could leave the vehicle in their hands for more than a weekend, the mechanic spent 3 days straight with the vehicle and checking everything he could think of, finally he found the problem a stripped bolt and mended it resolving everything. I've been driving the vehicle for over a month, and there have been no misfires, which is such a relief, and the repairs did not break the bank. Thank you, Express Oil Change. You have earned my trust 💯
