    Vehicle was nice and performed well. The only problem I had was the extremely long wait time to receive the vehicle even though I had a reservation and was told by the lady on the phone that reserving ahead would alleviate my wait time. I also had to wait about 45 minutes just to return it. Employees were nice.

    I rented a truck here waited two hr to get truck finally get truck with under half tank gas i return truck at half tank gas and they still charge me to put gas in truck i took pictures same day i pick up and they still charged me also i waited two hr in your lobby also chaged taxes for rental insurance afther insurance company paid taxes because they covered rental never got my deposit back they took from me this place is a joke when i drop truck off they never asked me anything leave keys on counter and have great day crazy poor bussiness here they need to stop repeating people off will never use this company again was also told 189 was insurance afther 24 days i return it charged me 661.00 for insurance afther i had my own insurance dont go her unless you want to get ripped off
