  I’ve been coming to the Mavis on S. College now for years. When he was here, Noah was phenomenal. Truly a stand-up guy and even harder worker. Now that he’s gone, Tanner and the rest of the crew are continuing the same high degree of hard work, and excellent customer service.

  Ryan took great care of me! I needed a tire repair and he got me in and out within 20 mins. They made me feel like family, will go back for my tire needs!

  I have had three separate terrible experiences here. The former manager Noah lied to me twice, once after they broke a tire sensor, and another when they said they would fix my car with outside parts, then refused once we brought the part. I bought four brand new tires from this location and woke up the next morning with two flat tires and had to have it towed where the assistant manager confirmed the manager had lied to me. Today, I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for a tire rotation if I left a review and proved that I did. I bought my current four tires from there so it should have been free anyways. The tech looked shocked when I told him it should have been covered. As a young woman being treated like I don’t know anything about my car, it’s incredibly offensive. I will not be back.

  Phenomenal service. My wife took a nail in a tire on the way to Auburn. We had a low tire gauge reading and they got us in and out with the best service I’ve seen. Everyone was incredibly kind. I recommend them if you need any service issues while in Auburn.
