  Shane helped me out so much! I ran over a concrete median and tore the bottom cover from my car. He put it back on for me, added a few extra screws to secure it in place and checked everything out for me before I had to drive back home to Gulf Shores. I can’t say enough about their customer service and kindness! Thank you!

  I had a great experience at the South College location. B.J. and Liberty were both knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I’ve used this location several times, and each visit has been a positive one. They consistently provide thorough, quality service and take the time to make sure everything is done right. Highly recommend!

  Express Oil Change on S. College is terrific! Look up Shane Wilbanks or Chris Adamson, they will treat you right. Shane runs a tight ship, will get you in and out, as well as makes sure your car is good to go. Have a question, ask it and they will get you squared away or give advice on what you need to do.

He provided excellent service, was professional, courteous, and immediately stepped in to assist with my emergency situation. His willingness to help and quick response got me back on the road fast and kept my day from falling behind.   Thank the lord for the South College Express Oil Change and especially Liberty, she really saved us. On our way through Auburn we experienced a check engine light and VDC light quickly followed by engine shuttering. After being told it would take hours for the Allen-Turner Nissan dealership (where we purchased the vehicle) to scan the codes, we stopped by Express. They were able to diagnose the issue immediately, as well as give us options to make the fix as cheap as possible. We greatly appreciate them for their friendly staff, quick action, and for getting us back on the road as soon as possible!
