  Gross cars, they don't maintain their cars. Car interior is grungy, not vacuumed, not wiped down, still trash from the last renter and the car smells like an ashtray. Has lazy staff written all over it. Opelika is right around the corner, rent there instead.

  I recently received outstanding service from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Auburn, Alabama, and I would like to recognize the manager (Ms.Sage) and staff for their professionalism and dedication. The manager truly exemplifies the mission and values of Enterprise. I was especially impressed by her leadership style, her positive interaction with both employees and customers, and her commitment to excellence. She leads by example, regularly walking the grounds, ensuring operations run smoothly, and maintaining a welcoming environment for everyone who enters the facility. I have observed her working closely with her team and treating each staff member with respect while fostering a culture of accountability and customer service. Her professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction are qualities worthy of recognition. The entire staff provided exceptional service, making my rental experience pleasant and stress-free. It is evident that this location takes pride in serving the community.   My experience at the Auburn, Alabama location was excellent! Upon pick up, DJ was my customer representative, and upon return, Alfonso. They were both professional, timely, and courteous ! There was zero wait time andvehicle performed well!

  I truly appreciate Sage and Alfonzo taking care of me yesterday. I was limited on my funds by they made it possible to drive off the lot in a vehicle that was originally higher than what I reserved. My experience at the location is always great!! I will keep coming back here. It's the call center that could use a revamp💁🏾‍♀️ & wouldn't get 5 stars.
