  I had a good overall experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The process can be a bit slow at times, especially with current gas prices driving higher demand for smaller vehicles, and it seems this location could benefit from having more cars available. That said, the customer service truly stands out. The employees are friendly and maintain a positive attitude even when they’re busy. I personally watched the manager on duty handle two unhappy customers with professionalism, patience, and a genuine smile, which says a lot about the team. Yes, there may be a wait, but it’s always a pleasant and respectful experience. It’s also important for customers to understand that delays aren’t always within the staff’s control—when rentals are extended, it naturally limits vehicle availability. Overall, great service and a team that handles pressure very well.

  I am editing the review as some of the issues are corporate issues and therefore out of the control of the local office. I will still leave only 4-Stars as the vehicle was not cleaned to a level of a $405 weekly rental. The manager I spoke with said this was due to reserving short notice, but I actually reserved over a week before, canceled and immediately reserved again under a better rate. I doubt they rented a different luxury vehicle in that 5 minutes.

  I just want to give a shout out to the Auburn store manager, Sage. She went above and beyond to help us with getting our rental covered after an accident. It was busy in the office that day; but she took the time to walk us through everything and was so kind during an already stressful situation. 10/10!!
