  An issue a few years ago caused me to not use Enterprise again, because the issue was/is not resolved and I was not compensated as promised. I decided to give Enterprise another opportunity, using the other location in my town and while I’m still not 100% satisfied with certain Enterprise policies, this experience was an improvement from past experiences.

  I trust that I will have a successful car rental with this Auburn AL Enterprise. My favorite part about this location is the staff. They take the time to ensure I have a clean and well maintained car every time. This location is my favorite go to.

  Auburn move in weekend and sorority rush - It was extremely busy, but wow, what a fantastic team at the Auburn Enterprise. Great temwork - smiling, engaging, effiecient and effective. Others could learn from this branch!

  Great experience at Enterprise! DeAlvonte James was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. He made the entire process quick and easy and provided excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this location and really appreciate DeAlvonte’s help!

  I had reserved a Kona, but it hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived. The representative offered me an upgraded vehicle, but it had mechanical problems. In the end, I received the cleaned Kona I had originally reserved. Sage, this is Kim. Thank you for your time and efforts today. I hope you can put today’s incident behind you and have a peaceful evening.
