    Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was having a bad day, and one of the managers made me laugh hard enough to make a difference in my day. BTW, I went to the AutoZone that is beside O'Reilly's on Opelika highway Auburn, Alabama.

    These people are rude and nasty. Nobody wanted to help or even try to be helpful besides a younger employee in the store. They made every excuse to not help me get a battery. As someone who worked for AutoZone once before this is not the customer service I was taught to present to customers.

    I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone thanks to Darren, the store manager! From the moment I walked in, he went above and beyond to help me locate the correct headlight for my Jeep. Not only did he make sure I got the right part, but he also took the time to help install it for me. While I was there, Darren also checked the codes for my check engine light and explained everything clearly and professionally. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy. What impressed me even more was watching how Darren led his team. He treated his fellow employees with respect, maintained a positive attitude, and created a welcoming environment for both customers and staff. Great leadership like that is hard to find these days. If you're thinking about stopping at the competitor next door, don't bother. Head straight to this AutoZone and ask for Darren. Customer service like this is exactly why I'll keep coming back. Thank you, Darren, for setting the standard for what excellent service should look like!

    The whole staff, Mr. Marvin, Ms. Kristie, and Mr. Darren took care of me. Mr Darren went the extra mile to make sure my warranty was setup correctly and made sure my military discount was properly applied to my balance.
