  RELIABLE, useful, professional, and KNOWLEDGEABLE about getting me exactly what I need to solve my car needs. Team there is no-nonsense, lets get you what you need quickly kind of place. I am always in a hurry and there I get what I need with little to no wait. I would like to especially compliment Ryan, at this location, for his amazing help in 97 degrees, getting my car battery cables tighten, and fixing the device on battery that saves battery life when car is at airport for weeks . AutoZone: Ryan is a gem. This is my favorite auto supply store .

  I was traveling from Nashville with my 87 year old mother and we were in Auburn, AL Helping my granddaughter move in her dorm as a freshman. My check engine light came and I went to AutoZone to get a code read done. Christie did the code read and found out it was the thermostat. She called a couple of mechanic shops she knew and no one could help us. We had to leave to get back to Nashville that day and Christie was wonder woman and put the thermostat in for us!! She was AMAZING! We on the road in about an hour and a half!! This is why I always use and recommend AutoZone!! Thank you again, Christie!

  Some of the people working there are very nonchalant and seem to hate their job. They don't want to talk to you and if you do talk to them, it seems like you're causing a problem. They don't have any loaner tools, which really sucks also.

  I went in a few days ago to have a code reader done, and the customer service was exceptional, I believe the young lady name was Kayla that assisted she was very knowledgeable and kind. I also wanted to give a shout out to Darren he's also a very helpful, one time I came in to buy a light and he assisted by putting it in, and realized I actually didn't need a new light it just was not screwed in all the way, he fixed the issue and gave me a refund. GOOD JOB AUTO ZONE

  Tonight my 2003 honda elements brake lights stayed on even after turned off. Google informed me that it was probably the brake pedal stopper pad. Google also suggested that I try tha autozone on Auburn/Opelika hwy. The reviews were favorable and mentioned that the staff was willing to also help with minor problems. This sounded great because even though the videos show this to be semi simple, because I am truly mechanically inept, the help would have been great. The young man that was at the counter said, after I told him the problem and I inquired if he might assist, "I just sell the parts". Not that he was unpleasant or that I expected him to drop everything and assist me right then and now. Just very uninterested in assisting or even asking his co worker if he might help or even maybe saying come by tomorrow. Not really a big deal but not a great reason for a glowing review.
