- LRLaura Reeder5 days ago1.0I came in for what I thought would be a quick oil change and somehow ended up starring in a full-length automotive sitcom. An hour and a half later, I finally escaped with an overpriced oil change and a story I still can’t believe happened in real life. I normally don’t mind paying extra for a fast oil change when I’m in a hurry, but “Fast” apparently means something very different here. The technician spent more time trying to upsell me on unnecessary services than actually changing the oil. The highlight of the experience was when my cabin air filter was removed without my permission. There were leaves sitting on top of it when they pulled it out, and when I said I’d replace it myself and asked them to put it back, they reinstalled it WITH THE LEAVES STILL ON IT. Not beside it. Not cleaned off. On it. The technician literally had to crunch the leaves into the filter to force it back into place. I sat there wondering if I was getting an oil change or watching a low-budget slapstick comedy. At one point I honestly expected circus music to start playing in the background. If you have plenty of time, enjoy paying extra, and want your car serviced by people who treat basic maintenance like an improv challenge, this is the place for you.
