  Do not trust this shop with your car — especially if you're a student living away from home. My son is an Auburn student. He had an oil change done at Aerican LubeFast. Two weeks later, while visiting his grandmother in Enterprise, he found a large pool of oil on the concrete under the car — the shop had never properly tightened the oil plug. After several calls, a technician (Fateria) said she'd drive from Auburn to Enterprise by 5:30–6:00 PM to fix it. She arrived at nearly 8:30 PM, then had to leave to buy parts from AutoZone, returning around 9:30 PM to work on the car in the driveway. Once "finished," they asked my son to drive over 30 minutes at 10:15 PM to a different store for inspection — which I did not allow. I think any parent would agree with this. Before leaving, they filmed the underside of the car and had my son state on camera that it was fixed — even though he had no way to verify that and was simply trusting their word. Photos afterward showed clear damage consistent with the oil pan being hit with a wrench and the cover forced back into place. After nearly three months of leaving messages and being passed around for person to person. The shop had said they'd cover the cost of repairs, but stopped honoring that once we raised concerns about the video — the same video they used my son to make. If you have a student with a car near American LubeFast, I'd think twice before trusting this shop with their safety. This post will be shared with all college social media outlets.

  I went into this place for a quick oil change that took about 40 minutes long. There is absolutely no excuse for this, especially because I was the only car there. I could've changed my own oil in half the time. Not to mention, they tried selling me transmission fluid, but my car has a sealed transmission. It was good service the first time, but not coming back after this.

  Fatira was so helpful! She explained each issue my car was having and the services that would be required to fix them without trying to upsell me. I don’t know a lot about cars and she explained everything in ways I understood! Highly recommend!!

  Sean was amazing today at walking me thru some areas of concern on a used car I had just purchased. He was completely honest and transparent that this used car should not have been sold to me — hence I am now returning it due to Sean’s discoveries during the 150 pt check.
