Flipped my tires to the other side and rebalanced them. Was there under and hour. Soon as I pulled in they took it straight in the bag and got started on it. Very quick and really good work

Made an appointment? For an alignment? Oh, the guy that does that isn't here at the time you made an appointment. I asked the champion who was maning the front desk whats the point of making the appointment and he said, "I dont know?" Good job Mavis. First and last time I try them for anything.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely wonderful service! We were traveling when we had an issue with our tire, and they got us in right away, fixed the tire, and had us back on the road in no time. To top it off, they didn’t charge us a thing! Everyone was incredibly sweet, friendly, and helpful. Being away from home and having car trouble can be stressful, so their kindness and willingness to help meant more than they probably realize. It’s so refreshing to come across a business that genuinely cares about people. We are extremely grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you for taking such good care of us and helping us get safely back on our way! ❤️

Expensive!! I needed new brakes on my 99 Jeep Cherokee, 2-wheel drive. New rotors, new drums, new pads and shoes, new cylinders. $1825!!! They gave me $200 off. So $1625…. That is EXPENSIVE!! My son (SAE Master Mechanic) said he could drive from Charlotte NC and do the job in my driveway for $900, and still pay for his trip, and make it worth his while! But I was over a barrel; my brakes locked up! Just too expensive! Took them 4 hours, which is ok.

A huge THANK YOU to Mavis Tires & Brakes! We had a flat tire early in the morning while on the road, and they took amazing care of us. They were fast, friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. They understood we needed to get back on the road quickly to help more furbabies and went above and beyond to help us. We truly appreciate the kindness and great service. You helped turn a stressful morning into a much better one! Highly recommend! 🚐❤️🙏 Answering A Stray Dogs Prayer
