  Technicians were very professional, service was extremely fast, environment was clean and easily accessible. Nothing but good things to say about a flat to repaired tire evolution.

  Came in right before closing, because I had a leak in my tire and they did a fantastic job. Went above and beyond to make sure it was done properly, I will definitely be returning.

  AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING service! Yesterday afternoon, I was driving through the state for work and ended up with a screw in my tire. I was extremely fortunate and lucky that Mavis was on the first exit after my tire started going flat. Joseph Blackwood and the team took great care of me and never showed any type of frustration or attitude about the difficulty of me getting pre-authorization from my employer for the service. (we have to have prior approval to use the work credit card for repairs) They made sure the estimate was exactly what my employer needed and waited hours for the approval with no complaint, all with me hanging out in the lobby. Once they started working on my car, it was fixed in no time. Not being from the area, they still made me feel like a local and took care of me like a local. I would definitely recommend!

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Mavis Tire Center. The manager goes above and beyond what you would expect from any tire shop. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with kindness and respect. The customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and most importantly, honest. They took the time to explain everything and didn’t try to upsell or take advantage of the situation. It’s rare to find a place you can truly trust, and this is one of them. I will definitely be coming back!

  Thank goodness for the kind folks at Mavis Tire. Long story short, my tire went flat last night on the interstate. I am a 66 year old Grandma traveling alone. The highway patrol helped by changing the tire to the spare and thank goodness I found Mavis Tire this morning. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them every time. Thanks Mavis Tire. You never know what someone is going through and I finally felt safe when I entered their office!!!
