- DJDavid Jackson4 days ago4.0The team was very kind and attentive. The only concern i had was that they never checked tire pressure. Perhaps they dont do that anymore? Additionally I waited a bit longer while two other bays vacated while I was waiting.

When I told him the my son would take care of that for me, he said he had heard other women say their husband or son would handle that for them but it would still be undone at their next oil change. He was pointing out with disgust that it had been a long time since I had the oil changed. Yet he could see that the oil was not overdue since I still had the sticker on the windshield. His bad attitude was bad because my last oil change was with a competitor. He fussed repeatedly at me that the tires were over inflated. I was not given a receipt.

They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire process. What really stood out was how much they genuinely cared about helping rather than just rushing us through. They went above and beyond to make sure our vehicle was safe and running properly, and they gave us peace of mind during a stressful situation. Excellent customer service, fast assistance, and a team that truly puts customers first. I highly recommend this Valvoline location and will definitely be returning for future service needs.
