- QSQ. Monique SamsonOct 5, 20261.0I recommended this location to a friend that doesn’t speak English very well. He arrived at 10am to get brakes on his vehicle. Six hours later, he was still there waiting for them to fix the vehicle. I called and spoke with the manager which informed me they had accidentally ordered the wrong part. He stated this information was relayed to my friend. However, no estimated time of arrival for the part. I was furious because they did not communicate to him and/or give him the options to bring the vehicle back another day or have someone pick him instead of waiting there the entire time. The manager did not pick up on the fact his customer didn’t truly understand him and leaving him to wait should not be acceptable customer service. It’s terrible how someone can be overlooked or ignored just because they don’t speak English fluently. Please ENSURE they understood what you said and give them as much details as possible to make a sound decision. I will never recommend this place again!! Side note: JUST BECAUSE A CUSTOMER DIDN’T COMPLAIN DURING THEIR TIME WAITING DOESN’T MEAN THEY ARE OK WITH SITTING IN ONE PLACE FOR SIX HOURS BECAUSE OF A MISTAKE MADE BY THE COMPANY!!
- ASalex smithOct 5, 20261.0Went to ask about getting nitrogen put into in my tires. Worker was rude and condescending. Talked over and around my questions instead of answering them. Put regular air in my nitrogen tires and diluted the concentration of nitrogen. Never checked what PSI the tires should be, simply filled them. Overfilled them by almost 10psi. Will never return. Will never recommend.
