And the issue issues I brought my car in for did not include an oil change, it was for a rattle (even though we were 3k past it) Since I was being worked in for just the rattle, I didn’t push to include it cause I was just grateful to be worked in so the rattle could be fixed. BUT Joe told me that he didn’t feel right letting me leave like that (3K over) and he IMMEDIATELY took my car back to give me an oil change. I was giddy!! And I confided in him that we let things go so long, because everywhere we go for oil changes they tell us this this and this immediately needs to be fixed (and we just don’t know who to trust). Joe doesn’t push things that aren’t wrong on you and I’m so dang glad that I have found my permanent Car Dr. And I amend my 100 out of 10. Nope. 1000 out of 10!! Joe is the BOMBDIGGITY!!!!
