  Some employees feel empowered to insult those they see fit. They take their social gatekeeping role seriously. And don’t try to treat them professionally and courteously as a customer; that only makes you seem weak, stupid, or both. I recently traded in the 2024 Envision Avenir I bought at Jimmy Smith Buick GMC to another dealership. I had nothing but a great experience at the other dealership. As for the Chinese-made 2024 Envision Avenir, it was surprisingly well built. The only problems were a slightly quirky navigation system, a cabin air quality meter that is just for show, and a magnetic ride control system that operates less than seamlessly. As for the attached message I received from the dealership, I’ve never seen this type of marketing, and I have been buying new GM vehicles since the late 1980s. If you are not like me, maybe you can take advantage of these "private oil offer[s]."

  Service team gets a 0. Will look for any possibility to not do warranty work. Awful attitudes. Completely unprofessional. Wouldn’t trust a bicycle with these goons. The service (manager) Mike, acts like a petulant 6 year old. It’s embarrassing to be 40+ years old and act that way. What a joke

  I visited the store just to peruse cars. I was met by a young man, Robert Cooper, who was new to the store and new to car sales. He was very personable and if he did not have the answers, he quickly was able to obtain the answers for me. Though at this time I did not purchase a car I certainly would not hesitate to return and purchase a car.

  I've bought 21 cars over the years and this by far was the best experience I have had. Thank You Damon and Wesley. Went in knowing my car's worth got that price plus some. Had a set goal in mind for our new car and they again exceeded my expectations. Hats off to you gentlemen. Oh and I cant forget the finance dept was in out in 10 min if even that.

  I bought a car here and was promised to free oil change once it was necessary for the vehicle the car itself is great and I have no real complaints about it however whoever did the oil change put the bolt for the drain pan and filter on insanely tight and when I went to change the oil myself afterwards it caused me great difficulty in getting them back off any mechanic worth their salt will tell you that these items are only supposed to be slightly more than finger tight it is 9:30 at night and I've been struggling with this for a while would not recommend getting work done here to anybody
