  We went to just look to get an idea of what I want to order and Taylor was super friendly with no pressure. I've dealt with a lot of dealerships and this is the best experience I've had in a long time. It made it a very easy decision for when I order it will definitely be from this dealership with Taylor!

  Service department needs improvement! Never hand your customer a set of keys and tell them to go out and look for their vehicle out by a flag pole somewhere, you should always go get the vehicle and deliver it to your Customer! Also, when a customer calls, whether you are the person who spoke to them or not try to answer their questions. All you have to do is type their name in, and you can see The status of their vehicle. Never tell a customer the advisor is out to lunch and they will have to call back in 30 minutes, just to see if their vehicle is ready or not. Disgusted with their service.

  Steven makes the car buying process a million percent easier than any dealership I have ever been to. He is extremely personable and willing to work with any situation you have. If youre looking to buy a car and you want the process to go as smoothly as possible, you need to check this guy out. If I could put 10 stars i would!

  Very thankful they schedule their workflow 1000 times better than Champion Chevrolet. They gave me a date 30 days out to repair the defective turbo in my GM Chevrolet Trailblazer, and completed the repair extremely fast. Will continue bringing my truck/trailblazer there for all future repairs I'm not able to accomplish on my own. The staff was helpful and Melissa the Service Agent was the BEST !!!

  We took my Buick Enclave into the service department to get my parking brake looked at. We were not told their diagnostic fee is $205 - not when we called to set up the appointment, not when we dropped off the car. We knew there would be a fee, however, that is incredibly steep. That is on top of the almost $700 they wanted to charge to work on the car. We called another place (reputable and we have used in the past) and they quoted us $275, so that's where we are going. That is a massive difference. I understand that we should have asked what their fee was, but we never have encountered one so high before, especially when we knew what the problem was, so they didn't have to go endlessly search for it. Next time, we will skip the incredibly expensive dealership - being a dealership shouldn't give you the authority to overcharge people.
