  I went in for an oil change, and my technician, AJ, was very thorough in inspecting my vehicle. After performing the necessary tests, he discovered that a belt needed to be replaced. As he investigated the issue further, he determined that the worn belt was causing several of the problems I had been experiencing with my car. I initially thought the issues were simply due to the extreme heat and mileage, but AJ explained that if the belt had not been replaced, it could have eventually damaged my compressor. I am very grateful for his attention to detail and professionalism. AJ did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate his thoroughness and expertise

  My Nissan 2013 370Z had an oil change on August 20 and I found a major oil leak on the 21st I have pictures. The Expressoil tech cut out the splash guard and threw it away along with the attachment hardware then did not tighten the oil plug properly and resulted in a major oil leak it has cost me over $682 to replace the splash guard and replace the oil. This was done at Landers McLarty Nissan. I do not trust Expressoil at all with my sports car anymore and will never get an oil change on that car ever again with Expressoil. I will be seeking compensation. Expressoil also suggested that the tires be rotated that is not possible anyone who knows this car will know why.

  Whenever I don’t have the time to fix my own car, these folks are my go to. They know what they are doing, they are responsive, do great work and to top it off they don’t price gouge you like most everyone else (especially car dealerships). I can’t recommend them enough!!! Suspension work, engine work, brakes, electrical, you name it, they got you covered.

  AJ provided excellent service! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. The service was quick and efficient, and he made the whole experience easy. I’ll definitely return to Express Oil Change and recommend asking for AJ!

  Anthony did a great job servicing my truck today! He took care of my oil change quickly and professionally, but what really stood out was how friendly and personable he was. We had a great conversation, and appreciate the fact he inquired about how the vehicle was running to make sure all issues were addressed. He made the whole experience enjoyable and provided excellent service and a great attitude—thanks, Anthony! I’ll definitely be back.
