  My car was totalled Friday eve, we showed up to get a rental but didn't have one reserved. Had to wait a little, but he got us a nice SUV. Very friendly & efficient. It was busy, supposed to close at noon, he kept helping people & stayed late.

  I had a fantastic experience with Enterprise in Athens, and I can’t say enough good things about this team. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and what stood out most was how understanding and accommodating they were with my situation. It’s not every day you come across a team that combines efficiency with such a warm, customer-first attitude. If you’re in the Athens area and need a rental, I highly recommend this Enterprise location. They truly go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied. I’ll definitely be using them again!
