  I recently rented a car from this location. I do not know the name of the young man who was working at the front desk, but he was very professional and worked as quickly as possible. He appeared to be the only employee when I picked up and when I returned the car. Renting and returning the car was a very easy experience.

  They are very helpful in getting a vehicle that will suit you. The young man had answered questions that I had. I will rent from them again. Definitely!

  Rented a car here while my car was in the shop getting repaired. When we arrived there was a big mess in the lobby from the fire extinguisher accidentally being triggered. The lady that helped us was very apologetic for the situation at hand. She was very kind, professional and patient and even worked with us bc of a name discrepancy. The following day the car that we rented the check engine light came on. They found us a replacement at a location closer to my husband’s work so that he could conveniently swap out the vehicle. Everyone from the manager of this location to the other representatives here were extremely helpful! I will definitely use this location and company even though we are closer to several other options!

  This place always has one employee here. I’ve been here twice the past week and have waited over 3 hours each time. They have got to get someone else working up here or something this is just horrible.
