  I felt like they rushed through my oil change. My normal guy was not there. That always takes good care of me. These are new people. I was the first customer there so it shouldn’t have been rushed. They were not even gonna check my tires until I reminded them they told me they were not able to check my transmission or one of my other fluids and I’ve always had it checked. The guys seem to get frustrated when I ask him to make sure he checked my tire pressure which is something that is supposed to be done. They all change was gonna be $57 off the rib and I had a discount card but I couldn’t find it on my phone. He said he gave me a 20% discount and I still ended up paying $56 so I’m confused on that. All in all I was not happy and did not feel good about the experience or if my car got taken care of well I will probably be looking for somewhere else to go. also let me add that they never even checked my air filter, nor showed it to me nor offered the fact that I may or may not need one. I’m really not even sure what got done to my vehicle and I’m really frustrated and will be calling corporate office.

  Great customer service! Quick and simple. Jadyn, Judah, and Jacob were great. They all deserve raises. It’s way too hot out there but they changed my oil with a smile on their face. I was offered a cold bottle of water and was told that I could sit in the lobby if I got too hot. They were so fast that I didn’t even break a sweat in this sweltering Alabama heat.

  I just wanna give a shout out to Preston and Jadyn these guys are beasts they conquered by Nissan frontier they fixed everything on it put new headlamps in now it’s running better than ever. Looks like brand new. It’s a 2011. I would recommend these guys to anyone they do a great job Also they need a raise or maybe a cookie something ya know for going over and beyond and being so patient with my kids ty so much
