I'm a retired mechanic on military vehicles as well as cars, I personally only go to Mavis because they repair only what I ask for and never pressure me for extra maintenence. Great service at a great price, I hope my feedback doesn't sound AI because I'm fr! Lol

Horrible. Took my car there for new brakes/rotors and an oil change and the vehicle went downhill from there. I had to take the car back several times for them to fix the brake pedal because it was too soft and even after taking it up there multiple times, the brake pedal was still "soft". Fast forward, on my way to take my daughter to cheer, the car check oil level and epc codes comes on and I had to turn around. Thankfully, I got it back to the house. I had to get it towed to Goodyear and they said my rotor was cracked and my oil level was dangerously low and the oil was dirty. How is that possible if Mavis said they changed those things? Never again will I take any car there and I would not suggest them. They are scammers and misleading customers to make a dollar.
