  The last two rentals have been bad. First rental, our vehicle was filthy with food smeared throughout. Second, we ordered an 8 capacity vehicle and they didn't have it when we showed up. Ordered 2 weeks in advance.

  The customer service is excellent. I needed to rent a pickup truck for a project and called a couple of places. The folks at Enterprise were able to have a truck for me, then allowed me to extend my rental when my project went longer than expected. Everyone was very friendly, they explained all of the charges, and they even walked around the truck with me to inspect for any damage before I left the lot. I've rented cars from other companies, and I was treated like just another transaction. At Enterprise, I feel like they truly care about me.

  I had a great experience with this Enterprise location! The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire rental process. Everything was handled quickly and smoothly, and they made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.

  Chelsea and Richard were fantastic! They were both incredibly friendly and helpful. Our first car smelled like cigarettes, and Chelsea quickly found us another one of the same model without any hassle. She made the whole process so easy. Richard was equally great at drop-off—friendly, efficient, and had us on our way in no time. The replacement car was spotless and drove perfectly. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

  ​★☆☆☆☆ Absolute Disaster – Avoid This Location ​I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do not use this location; they completely ruined the start of my vacation, costing me both valuable time and money. ​I made online reservations on the 23rd for an SUV for the week of the 1st. To avoid any unexpected surprises, I called this specific Anniston, AL office the day before to confirm. They explicitly told me to come in after 10:30 AM to pick up the vehicle. Because of this, I delayed my planned 8:00 AM departure time. ​When I arrived at 10:30 AM, the employee working the counter told me they had absolutely nothing available. He then tried to claim that I had waited until the last minute to make my reservation. When I literally showed him my confirmation email from the 23rd, he shifted tactics and tried to gaslight me, claiming they had called me the night before. I showed him my phone—no missed calls, no voicemails. Then he tried to claim I must have called a different office the day before. When I asked how he could possibly know that, he had no answer and just repeated that they had no cars. ​The customer service here was incredibly unprofessional and hostile. It was easily the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
