Enterprise was great. It was quick and easy to rent a car, it was a really nice SUV, and I had to extend my rental twice, which was done by text, and returning vehicle took 5 minutes. Highly recommend

Great staff! Rented what I requested and was very short time to pick up and drop off.

Rented a vehicle from Pell City Enterprise Renta A car . A Jeep Grand Cherokee. It's very unclean inside has a bad oder inside also ants are crawling around inside. I had a flat in the way home from work found out all the parts for the jack aren't inside called to get assistance they was gonna charge me $485 dollar for another vehicle. Very unhappy with service. Anniston Alabama needs to clean up the roads for what ever was run over made a large cut in the tire.

Horrible customer service. Not a single bit of help. Booked a car on the website. Called days later to verify and was told they don't have that tier of car (not my fault but going off what the website allowed me to book) zero resolution and I have been calling all day to get a manager to resolve this and they don't call you back or help at all. Edit: thanks for responding enterprise! You gave me zero help. Told me to reach out and did nothing to rectify the situation. Day of and still no rental car. You have been horrible to deal with.

Had an online reservation, get there no cars available. I call the enterprise number, and explain the situation . Get told that they will contact the area manager and get a rush replacement for me and I would be getting a phone call soon. 3 hours go by still no contact. I call again and explain the situation to another agent, and also explained I would pay extra for an upgrade or anything. He told me that it would be easier and quicker and he would inform the area manager of this , and that I should expect a phone call soon. Still nothing hours later. Contact them for a 3rd time, this time I get transferred to custom support and they tell me all they can do is make another reservation for me or keep waiting for the call. I’ve waited all day for a “phone call” regarding a new vehicle, and still have not received one. Now I have no time to use a different company to try to find different accommodations.
