  ​★☆☆☆☆ Absolute Disaster – Avoid This Location ​I would give this place zero stars if I could. Do not use this location; they completely ruined the start of my vacation, costing me both valuable time and money. ​I made online reservations on the 23rd for an SUV for the week of the 1st. To avoid any unexpected surprises, I called this specific Anniston, AL office the day before to confirm. They explicitly told me to come in after 10:30 AM to pick up the vehicle. Because of this, I delayed my planned 8:00 AM departure time. ​When I arrived at 10:30 AM, the employee working the counter told me they had absolutely nothing available. He then tried to claim that I had waited until the last minute to make my reservation. When I literally showed him my confirmation email from the 23rd, he shifted tactics and tried to gaslight me, claiming they had called me the night before. I showed him my phone—no missed calls, no voicemails. Then he tried to claim I must have called a different office the day before. When I asked how he could possibly know that, he had no answer and just repeated that they had no cars. ​The customer service here was incredibly unprofessional and hostile. It was easily the worst experience I have ever had with any business. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointed with my experience. I reserved this rental a week in advance for my family vacation and even called the morning of my pickup to confirm everything was ready. I was told the reservation was good. When I arrived, Chelsea Harrell informed me that no vehicle was available and claimed they had called me. I never received a phone call, voicemail, text message, or email. If there was an issue with my reservation, I should have been notified before I made the trip. Canceling a confirmed reservation at the last minute caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and disrupted my family’s vacation plans. A reservation should mean a vehicle is actually reserved. I expected much better communication and customer service from Enterprise.

  Chelsea was amazing to work with! She was kind, courteous, empathetic and helpful. She helped me extend my rental a few times and was genuinely concerned about the situation I was going through. The entire team was polite and kind throughout my visits. I appreciate them!

  My soon was involved in an accident which was clearly not his fault. The man who hit him was in a rental car from Anniston Al Enterprize. The police sited the man for no proof of insurance n Enterprise delayed giving my insurance co. info they needed! They finally got the info from another source and are in sublimation w/ Progressive to recoup the $500. Deductible from the man who was @ fault. I haven't gotten it yet and the accident was on 2/15/26. Enterprise sent my son a letter saying we had to pay for damages to the rental car! I called them and they claimed they had just gotten the accident report that day, around may 25th (around 3 months after the accident) and to disregard the letter, but i find that hard to believe! They were simply trying to get me to pay because they had already tried to get my ins co (Geico) to pay! We still haven't gotten payment from anyone and we're forced to by a cheaper car because my son works and goes to college when we had spent $2000. thru the years on our car which had to totaled! I will never rent another car from Enterprise. Had rented 4 in the past!!!!

  I continue to have an amazing experience with Anniston Enterprise! Chelsea does a great job as the leader, training her team, and working with all of the customers. This week, I really got above-and-beyond service from Gavin when it came to selecting a car for an entire week of work travel. He is always so happy to see me and provides an amazing personalized experience every time I see him. Thank you to everyone that serves us in this area.
