  They were quick and efficient…The customer service was great…they also notice things that need to be replaced asked first then educated me on the replacement immediately after before replacing it…the experience was nice and I will be going back..

  These guys were great today! The techs paid attention to detail, worked great as a team, and didn't try to upsale. Our three vehicles have found a new home. The free water, air freshener and $20.00 off coupon didn't hurt either😄

  Problems i had were addressed head on and fixed to my satisfaction. Phone calls and emails and follow-up to make it right. As a customer you cannot ask for better than that from a business.

  Pulled up to the business and told them what I needed and they got right on it. Was very professional and was there less than 10 minutes

  I don't like to bash businesses but what happened yesterday was pretty bad. The fact that only 2 techs were working makes me feel even worse complaining. When we arrived they only had 1 bay open, understandable since there were only 2. So we got in line to wait. Other vehicles came in behind us. After waiting some time the tech came out to our vehicle and told us they were opening up bay 2 to get us out of there, ok, so we switched over to the 2nd bay. And drive in. They start our oil change. Go through our price & everything else like normal. Bay 1 vehicle leaves, that was in front of us, and they bring in the vehicle that was behind us. Long story short they brought it in and finished it and brought on the next vehicle behind it and was done with it while we were still sitting there waiting. As if all of that wasn't bad enough. After us sitting there through 2 changes from behind us, the tech gives the 2nd vehicle behind us a discount for having to wait so long. Which I overhead as I was sitting there with my window down next to Bay 1s computer. The pit tech is the one that eventually came up to finish us out. And did not know what the top tech had inspected so just marked everything as ok. If we had gone in needing more that an oil change I could understand the wait. Our vehicle had no other issues. If the 2 techs could not handle both bays being open they should not have opened the 2nd one. We would rather have waited than what happen yesterday. We have never had this bad of an experience here before.
