Jessica & Miss Shann are the best! Professional, Personable & down to earth! Extremely knowledgeable! Not "pushy"! Service was timely and techs were thorough! Will recommend & be back in soon!! Oh! Property could REALLY use a vending machine for customers!! 🙂🙂 Thank you SO much!!!

I just wanted to share the great experience I had today at Mavis in Alex City. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and extremely nice to me. I went in thinking my SUV needed a new oil pump - and was expecting a very expensive fix. The technician - Dustin (also very nice) - ran some diagnostics and determined that my oil pump was working properly and the fix was a much less expensive problem than I had expected…just a sensor replacement. They COULD have gone ahead and done the oil pump work and handed me a huge bill, and I’d have never been the wiser. But, instead, they were honest and fair and actually SAVED me money. The whole experience was really great and I’ll definitely be using Mavis as my shop going forward.

I needed some tires in an emergency situation and this team jumped in and got me the best price and worked with me got me in so that I could make it back home before the storm hit. Jessica, Bob, Shannon all went to work to help. And got me back on the road. Whether you need tires, an oil change or emergency help this team is on the job. Thank you for the help.
