  Service is great! Absolutely great work! but I have noticed on several occasions, and at different times and days, that an employee has his wife and child there for his entire 8 hour shift. That isn't professional at all. And is too hot for them to be sitting out in the truck and not good for budy for him to be holding the baby while washing cars. And I'm sure the way his wife dresses is uncomfortable for other employees with spouses or partners that dont want to be exposed to that kind of atmosphere.

  I've been using our local Tidal Wave for a while now but they had a line and I was in a hurry. This place didn't have a line so I figured I'd try them out. Now I know why they never look busy...dark, dirty, my car looked like I sprayed it off with a water hose, and the staff pretty much brushed me off saying if I wasn't satisfied with my wash, I could just buy another one..seriously? Consider mine and my family's lesson learned. Tidalwave is soo worth the wait, even more so if this is the alternative.
