  "TEAM INTEGRITY" Character is a product of evolution over many years of small decisions. When facing a small situation making the correct choice is easy and when a big situation arises making the correct choice is now learned memory to make the correct choice automatically. Randy, Bill and Jim followed this concept and faced with a $700.00 challenge on a pre-owned vehicle after I had already paid a In full and was loading it for my return trip to Oklahoma. We discovered a situation and Bill informed Randy (The Owner) that there was a unknown defect. Randy came out and looked at it and initiated some pleasant chit-chat and instructed his administrative team to immediately write me a check to cover the repair. Vehicle loaded temporary tag and check in hand my trip back to Oklahoma was pleasant because of the heartfelt treatment I had received from this Team of Professionals.   I had a great experience with this dealership! As a first-time car buyer, I was honestly a little nervous going in, but Bill made me feel very welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole process. He was patient, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed or pressured into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Randy, the owner, was also very welcoming and made the experience feel personal. I really appreciate how they treated me with respect and made sure I felt comfortable with my decisions. I’m very thankful for the experience and would definitely recommend giving them a visit, especially if you’re a first-time buyer!

  I drove over an hour to see Randy Baugh and his excellent team. I traded my car for a Ford Mach-e and had by far the best experience I’ve ever had.   Excellent experience from start to finish! The most hassle-free/non-stressful vehicle purchase I have ever had. We drove from out of state to pick up my new car. It was fully charged and beautifully detailed for pickup. The paperwork took a whopping 10-minutes. Everyone there was friendly and professional. Absolutely recommend!! Special thanks to Bill!
