  We had an excellent experience purchasing our 2026 Ford F-250 King Ranch! Thomas made the entire process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we found exactly what we wanted. Jim was just as great to work with during the warranty process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and helped us choose the coverage that was right for us without any pressure. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service from both Thomas and Jim. They made the entire experience smooth from start to finish, and we couldn’t be happier with our new truck. We highly recommend working with them!

  Best buying experience ever! We have never experienced such a pleasant team of individuals that made us feel like we were family. We drove from Huntsville after speaking to Thomas (who was not in the day we showed up but referred us to David) and it was well worth the drive. Randy, David, and Jim were extremely helpful, polite and so personable. The process was smooth with no surprises. If they can only convince my husband to buy me horses now that he has a SuperDuty to pull a trailer with, I would consider coming back to buy another vehicle. 😁 We definitely plan to buy our next vehicle through Gilbert & Baugh Ford.   My wife and I purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 Raptor! Our salesmen, Jeremy was great and helped us get the best deal possible. Mike, the General/Finance manager explained all the details of the deal with comprehensable expertise. Randy, the Owner spoke with us and ensured us that he stands behind his products. All in all it was a good truck buying experience. We Love the truck and our family loves it as well! Thanks Gilbert & Baugh Ford! We will be back!!

  Bad experience with the service department. Truck AC was not working and discussed previous attempts at the fix before bringing it to the service department. Previous attempts indicated a possible leak. Brought the truck in and they say they performed a pressure test and they said the compressor and accumulator were bad and no leak was detected, but might be leaking around the compressor. $3400 to replace compressor, accumulator, and seals. Take the truck somewhere else to get a second opinion. They recharged the system, and the compressor worked fine. They found an audible leak and found the leak on the condenser. I’m not sure what was performed that I paid a $160 diagnostic fee for, but the faulty compressor diagnosis was completely wrong. The service department also was not happy when I was asking questions on what testing they had performed, so that I could get a better understanding of how we came to the conclusion that the compressor was bad.

  Great experience at Gilbert and Baugh Ford I was looking at their inventory online found what I wanted I called dealership talk to Bill Hough and we worked up a deal pretty quick it was a very competitive deal the next day went to dealership we worked out the details signed the papers drove our new Ford Explorer home.Believe me it was an awesome buying experience I have purchased 12 new vehicles in my lifetime so I know good experiences and bad experiences and this was the best experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle I've had some other pretty good experiences also but Gilbert and Baugh was the best Salesman Bill Hough was excellent his knowledge and professionalism was impressive also Randy Baugh interacted with us during the process also he made us feel important and valued as a customer just an awesome experience would highly recommend anybody if your interested in a new car check them out you won't regret it!
