  My husband and I bought a vehicle from this car lot this past weekend. Thomas was our salesman and was wonderful. He was very easy to work with and very personable. We also encountered Mr. Randy Baugh and Jim, the Finance Manager. Everyone was so helpful and made our experience at Gilbert & Baugh Ford very good.

  Piss poor service, I don’t know what’s more of a joke the owner thinking the repairs on my vehicle (tire replacement and finder re-alignment) saying it’s going to cost 4k 😭. Or the service department not fixing the most simple issues BEFORE putting the truck on the lot and yet after buying the truck after I bring it back up there to fix the issues I picked the truck up in the same condition as I left it(except the window being replaced). But even that isn’t done by the service department so I can’t give them any credit. The ONLY good thing about that dealership was my salesman. Nice guy

  Great service experience - came to my office to pick up my car on my schedule, serviced it and delivered it back to my office in a couple of hours. Sent a video of the inspection so I could see what was going on. Non of that "well you need new tires brakes engine transmission paint doors and a radio because you're a woman!" - just nice people that did a great job. Thank you!

  I bought a new F-250 Super Duty from Gilbert & Baugh, and had what was probably the easiest experience buying a car I've ever had. Derek Epperson, our sales rep, provided just the right amount of information we needed to make my choice, and Mr. Baugh shared his time and knowledge to ensure a smooth closing. I'm delighted with my purchase, and I recommend Gilbert & Baugh very highly to anyone who prefers a personal, low-pressure sales experience.

  I scheduled an appointment with Gilbert & Baugh Ford on April 10th to have my truck checked for a check engine light. The earliest availability they gave me was April 28th, so I waited over two weeks for this appointment. On the day of my appointment, I called off work and arrived right at 8:00 a.m., only to be told they couldn’t service my truck because their internet was down. I understand technical issues happen, but I was offered no real solution—no attempt to diagnose the issue, no effort to keep my appointment, and no accommodation for the inconvenience. I was simply told to call back later and reschedule. I called back about 30 minutes later, and their internet was already working again. However, because my appointment time had passed, they told me I would have to reschedule all the way out to May 15th. This is especially frustrating since I have a trip planned for May 11th and specifically scheduled ahead to avoid this situation. Overall, the experience felt very dismissive. There was no urgency, no flexibility, and no consideration for the time I had already waited or the fact that I took time off work. Based on my experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value reliability and customer service.
