  4/28/2026 I had a great experience at the Albertville location thanks to George. He was very patient and genuinely cared about helping me fix my issue. If you need help at autozone, ask for George!!

  My car was broke down and when the competitor sold me the wrong part, I already had the car taken apart and the guys at autozone brought the part to me so I could finish the job!!! Awesome job to George and Ray the store managers

  I had trouble with my Jeep Renegade tonight in Albertville.I was on my way back to Huntsville and my Jeep started cutting off.The associates there are the most nicest and was so helpful.All the workers there have excellent customer service and the manager was top notch!!!!! I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  The team at this 6506 US-431, Albertville, AL location was amazing! We came to this store with a real problem with the vehicle- our vehicle was leaving us stranded about 30 miles from home. These folks were super helpful and went out of their way to help diagnose the problem, provide a solution, and get us back on the road safely. Truly patient and kind with us. The manager and the whole crew understand customer service and were happy to help us. Thanks a million!
