  I went to Express Oil to get and oil change and Collin was my technician. When I tell you that gentleman went above and beyond to make sure my Honda CRV was running and operating to full capacity. On this day Jayla was his partner and both of them were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Collin you will not be disappointed!!!! Thank you Collin for EXCELLENT customer service!!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Blayne deserves some serious recognition for the level of customer service he provides at Express Oil Change! He was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end—professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. What impressed me most was how personable and helpful he was. Blayne made sure everything was handled correctly, kept me informed throughout the process, and took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. He has that rare ability to be extremely professional while still making you feel comfortable and welcomed. You can tell when someone is simply doing their job versus someone who actually takes pride in the way they treat their customers, and Blayne definitely falls into the second category. His attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in my experience. Great customer service is what turns a first-time customer into a repeat customer, and Blayne absolutely accomplished that. Express Oil Change is fortunate to have him on their team. He represents the company exceptionally well, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Truly outstanding service and an easy five stars!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change and definitely wanted to recognize both Xgavier and Blayne for the amazing service they provided. They were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience incredibly easy from start to finish. Xgavier really stood out with his knowledge and his willingness to take the time to explain everything and answer my questions. He was thorough and informative without ever making me feel pressured into purchasing something I didn’t need. Blayne was just as great—helpful, attentive, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. You could tell they both cared about doing the job right and making sure I was taken care of. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, especially somewhere you normally expect to just get your vehicle serviced and be on your way. They turned a routine oil change into an experience that actually left an impression. Xgavier and Blayne are both excellent representatives of Express Oil Change and absolutely deserve recognition for the way they treat their customers. I left feeling confident about the service I received and will definitely be coming back. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood exactly what my vehicle needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured into anything. It’s honestly refreshing to deal with someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also genuinely cares about the customer’s experience. Xavier was thorough, patient, and extremely helpful, and his knowledge and professionalism immediately gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands. Customer service like this is what keeps people coming back. Xavier is a huge asset to Express Oil Change and absolutely deserves recognition for the way he represents the company. I left feeling completely taken care of and genuinely impressed with the entire experience.   It wasn’t pleasant to hear but they exposed a major issue with my tires that needed to be addressed. I didnt realize I had a tire exposing the metal lining on the side facing the suspension. I am having the tire replacement done elsewhere since it’s half the price, but they actually weren’t trying to upsell me. The oil change was very quick. I was was able to get that done within my lunch break. However that was good to know so I could cancel my long trip
