  Collin was extremely knowledgeable and straight up!! He let me know my air filters were in good shape even though I told him it was probably time to change them. Performed my oil change service quickly and explained everything he was doing ex: checked all fluid levels.

  I was almost rear ended twice this morning. Unbeknownst to me, my break lights were out. A kind Samaritan pulled over and told me, so I called Express Oil Change and Collin answered. I told him my issue and also told him I was pressed on time, but had backup if needed. He told me to come down to the shop and to personally ask for him, so I did! He and Dakota were absolute God sends!! As a girl who knows nothing about car, I was panicked and they fixed everything so seamlessly! I told my friend and parents that Collin saved the day and saved me from being reared ended! Collin and Dakota, thank you for everything!
