There were only two employees assisting customers, and one of them gave priority to customer’s phone call instead of helping the customers who were already waiting in line. This made the wait even longer and was very frustrating. Especially since this is my second visit to this place, I came to exchange parts I purchased that were given the wrong size. Customers who are physically present and have been waiting should receive proper attention and better service.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
