  Biggest frauds in the auto glass industry. Will look you in the eyes and lie to you. They never followed through with appointment times. I waited 3 weeks for a passanger side window and they shipped a driver side even after I brought the vehicle to their shop. Go anywhere else.

  I have used the Safelite team twice now. One time to replace the windshield on my Ram pickup truck and recalibrate it. And the other time was to repair chips in my windshield, one in the pickup truck and one in my Challenger. Both technicians were extremely friendly and professional, on time, and quick to finish the work. One was at the fire station where I work which is very busy and one was at home and both times it was effortless to have them there to fix my windshield. I highly recommend using Safelite for your windshield repairs it's so nice to have them come directly to you. Now that I know how easy and affordable it can be I will definitely be using them so that I'm not driving around with an "Alaskan windshield".

  The service technician was absolutely awesome! I would leave six stars if I could. The office staff is completely disconnected. You have to call and tell your entire story. The one person who can't help you and it's very clear they cannot help you and then you have to call the office and tell your entire story again. It took over a month to get the glass in for my car. Driving around with no driver side window for a month is unacceptable. Again, the service technician that came out is awesome. That's why I gave 3 stars. The office I would give them one star the company I would give them less than one star.

  My husband and I both commute to work in Alaska. After 4 years of winters and gravel on roads chipping and cracking both our vehicles windshields it was time to replace both. Safelight was able to schedule both the next day and the technician who came to our location was courteous, professional and fast. It's nice to look out a clean uncracked windshield again. Excellent job Safelite!

  Went in to get windshield replaced , they checked my cabin filter which I was not expecting. Unfortunately the one they thought I needed was on a truck that was in the field. Once he completed the job he came to my house as promised. Upon checking his filter was also incorrect . He communicated very well that he would run back to the shop and see if he could find the correct one for my truck. Once found he called back as promised to let me know he was going to be back to my house and would complete the job even though it was after hours. I greatly appreciated the complete communication I received, made it easy for me to explain to my husband. Thank You for the quick replacement along with the Great Communication.
