- NMNoël Matich4 days ago5.0I was super happy with my experience with SafeLite Autoglass Repair. My rear window suddenly ruptured and they were able to replace the whole thing in two weeks at more than half the price of what other shops in Wasilla were asking. I called about four other shops and they were all a 6-9 weeks wait for the glass to come in on order and quoted me at $1,000+ for it. SafeLite was $400. Hasu, the technician that worked on the glass was very professional and fast too. I'm happy to be back on the road!
- JSJay SchreinerOct 7, 20261.0Worst customer service in AK! They cannot keep appointment times, even with a 5 hour window! Then asked if I would be willing and to leave the keys in the car if I wouldn’t be able to be present past my appointment time so the tech can complete the job! Seriously, who in their right mind would allow a stranger access to their car or house (vehicle is in our garage) while they are not home! Would not suggest Safelite to anyone at this point!

- GGGreg GambleSep 17, 20265.0I was worried from the first minute I decided my windshield needed replaced. My insurance company actually setup my appointment so from the start the experience was minimal. Once safelight contacted me to confirm everything was super easy,I didn't have to raise a finger and most all of my worries were a thing of the past.my technician was really good and professional and explained any issues I could understand them well. He was quick and thorough .
