  I’ve been using this shop for the past 2 years and they’ve always been great to me. I’ve had screws in tires and regular oil changes and they always do a quality job. They do first come first serve for a lot of their maintenance and they get a lot of business so you gotta plan your day around it a little bit. Thanks for all the help!

  What an amazing experience at and from auto repair shop. The entire staff at this shop is knowledgeable communication on next level. Nit a fan of going to get auto work done many shops are shady at best never communicate well and fall short. This shop will give you an overall amazing experience highly recomend.   I bring all 5 of my vehicles to Point S for all basic maintenance and tires. Always friendly staff. First come/first serve so may have to wait. That’s ok because with the detailed inspection and recommendations, feel confident my vehicles are going to last.

  Max and his team did a great job flushing my coolant after I mistakenly put windshield washer fluid into the coolant reservoir (they’re both pink!) while I was traveling on the Dalton Highway. They offered a very reasonable price and finished the job much earlier than I expected while I waited. Great service, and I really appreciate their help!

  I specifically asked for an oil and filter change and a lube job. I made sure to remind the service writer that I had four grease fittings up front on the ball joints. When I got home and rotated my tires I noticed the grease fittings had not been touched. I checked my ticket and discovered that my request to lube the front end was not entered on the ticket. So much for trusting the service writer to document my specific maintenence requests and my bad for trusting that I had picked a professional operation. The ticket also stated, and I paid for, a top off of the windshield washer fluid, which was not done. The warning lights were not checked. The windshield wipers were not checked. The accessories were not checked. The cabin air filter was not checked. The coolant was not checked. The batteries were not checked. The batteries were not tested. The air filter was not checked. From all this, I must assume other items below and out of my direct vision were also not inspected, items that their checklist indicates were all ok. Of course, I will never return and I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
