  Booked a car in May, land in mid August and our car is no longer available. No notification ahead of time so we and many others were left without a car during college move in week.

  What is the point of making a reservation for a mid-size SUV ***MONTHS*** in advance only to be told they have no cars when you show up? No email, no call, nothing… ***NO COMMUNICATION *** in advance. I showed up and they told me to go to Enterprise, which is the parent company, but Enterprise could not give me the vehicle class I reserved and were rude.

  The counter personnel were great and friendly, the car was nice and clean, and it was really easy to pick up and drop off!

  一人最悪な担当の女性がいます。私の会社のリワードに難癖をつけてきて貸し出しを拒否してきました。貸し出しの継続を依頼すると警察まで呼ぶ始末。こちらに非は無いので連行されることはありませんでしたが。ここでは2度と借りないでしょう。
