  一人最悪な担当の女性がいます。私の会社のリワードに難癖をつけてきて貸し出しを拒否してきました。貸し出しの継続を依頼すると警察まで呼ぶ始末。こちらに非は無いので連行されることはありませんでしたが。ここでは2度と借りないでしょう。

  I have been a loyal National Car Rental customer for over 10 years and currently hold Executive Elite status, so this recent experience was particularly disappointing. Despite clear vehicle availability on the lot, I was denied a reasonable upgrade and instead assigned a low‑quality sedan that was in poor condition. To make matters worse, the vehicle had a cracked windshield, which the front‑desk staff openly acknowledged and stated they would “make a note of” before the rental even began. Being handed a car with a known safety and quality issue is simply unacceptable—especially for an Executive Elite member. What made this experience stand out even more was a comment from my 5‑year‑old son, who for the first time in my decade‑long relationship with National said, “Dad, this is the worst car you have ever gotten.” That moment summed up the experience better than anything else. Overall, this rental fell far below the standards I’ve come to expect from National. I am extremely dissatisfied and would strongly encourage the National team to review how vehicle quality, transparency, and elite customer treatment are being handled at this location

  The counter people are always welcoming and friendly. They are customer service driven. My cars always clean and smell good when I get them.
