  The folks in the office are always helpful and kind. Vehicles are well maintained and clean upon pickup. Any booking issues are quickly resolved, and the only time or two there has been a mechanical issue they had another truck ready to go before I even arrived at the shop.

  Great selection of 4x4 vehicles near the airport. Service was quick and friendly as well. Also, if your planning a trip towards the arctic circle Enterprise truck rental is one of the few vehicle rental locations that doesn't prohibit their trucks going to the arctic circle.

  I rented a car here while working seasonally in Alaska for basically 1 day to go to an airbnb a pot shop, drop to moms kitchen and back to airbnb (These were all in a 5-max10min driving distance). 3 months later I got an email saying I apparently backed into something at a work site and drove almost 300 miles. 300 miles!? and Enterprise sent me an email to fill a form out which I obviously denied. I've rented a car so many times I did not consider actually taking pictures of the car before or after INCASE something like this is pulled. and I should've known when the guy who rented the car to me said some weird stuff that i kinda just brushed off at the time. Thank god I got insurance or maybe not because it put a target on me apparently If you're going to rent a car in Fairbanks go to the airport. I had no issues when I rented a car from them and no sketchy business practices and I only went there because my "uber" driver was like go here. No, DO NOT.
