  4 guys on a road trip to Deadhorse got stuck in Fairbanks for an extra day at the end of our trip and we needed a rental. There was absolutely nothing available due to a military exercise going on so we ended up renting a truck from this facility. They were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us on pricing and even provided a ride back to our hotel at the end of our rental. Overall a wonderful experience and we appreciated their kindness and customer service. When they took us back to hotel, the driver agreed to stop at a different hotel where a family was getting their camper ready for a trip to Denali and we gave them our unused bear spray. Just great customer service!!

  The folks in the office are always helpful and kind. Vehicles are well maintained and clean upon pickup. Any booking issues are quickly resolved, and the only time or two there has been a mechanical issue they had another truck ready to go before I even arrived at the shop.

  Great selection of 4x4 vehicles near the airport. Service was quick and friendly as well. Also, if your planning a trip towards the arctic circle Enterprise truck rental is one of the few vehicle rental locations that doesn't prohibit their trucks going to the arctic circle.
