    This year I have rented from Enterprise in South Fairbanks twice for several weeks each time. During our cold, snowy January, I was able to get an all-wheel drive car with autostart. Just recently I rented another very comfortable car. The staff were professional, courteous and thorough in going over the car with me to make sure everything was as it should be. As someone who worked at two other car rental agencies in my earlier days, trust me when I say I am very impressed with the vehicles and service at this Enterprise location.

    Rented a SUV in Alaska and the people of Enterprise were pleasant to work with, it wasn't "your car is somewhere in the snow-covered parking lot." they went out with me in -20 temps and took the time to answer all my questions. Thanks

    Tried to rent an suv ordered the vehicle online went to pick up said rental and pay for it today they would not rent to me because i have no bills or a lease in my name or a pay stub even though i am disabled have the money to rent the vehicle all because i was going to pay for it with my debit card for a 2 day rental and i was treated like crap by a company that discriminates against the disabled
