- NMNicholas McCartyAug 11, 20261.0The car wash itself is fine, but the customer service is embarrassingly bad. After paying for memberships on multiple vehicles for months, I canceled because we’re moving out of state and was specifically told I could still wash our cars through the end of the day. I drove an hour home, picked up my wife’s car, and drove an hour back, only to be told I was 17 minutes too late because the membership apparently canceled at 4:00 p.m. Despite explaining that their own employee told me otherwise, the staff made zero effort to help, ask a manager, or find any solution—they just made me back out of the line. I understand many of the employees are young, but the complete lack of customer service, problem-solving, and basic social skills was honestly shocking. Losing a longtime multi-vehicle customer over a 17-minute technicality caused by your own bad information is ridiculous. If you want a business that actually values its customers, I’d go somewhere else.

I wanted to get my car clean since I had the rest of the afternoon off. The mat cleaning machine was broken, but I asked one of the associates to clean my mats for me. Valerie came out and she was friendly and super helpful and washed the mats and then finished cleaning them by hand. Such amazing service! She was very helpful, courteous, professional and friendly!
