- ABAustin Bowen3 days ago1.0Took almost a month and a half to get my windshield replaced! It was miscommunication after miscommunication. The customer care center was almost no help at all. The manager at the 2nd location I had to go to was useless. The only hero in my story was the assistant manager. Overall safelite was a complete nightmare to work with. Nothing offered for the time and energy wasted trying to get my glass installed.

I called Safelite the following morning to determine what happened. The best they could do is offer another appointment a week later, but also mentioned they think it will likely happen again. Zero consideration for customer's time. Go support your local small business glass shop; I should 've in the first place.

Corporations such as this should have much better quality control. Online booking was easy and straightforward. I was really impressed.. Got a call from someone saying that they need to reschedule due to my car needing a calibration for some lane assist thing. Cool, no problem. New Appointment comes, they call me the night before, again, and reschedule because the only guy who does that calibration was off. Wow, that sucks. Let's give them another try. 3rd Appointment comes, another call telling me that my glass broke during shipping. Wth, man, really? Was this not addressed at the first or second appointment? There was no apology, no remedy just silence on the call. He said they'll refund my money, so we'll see if that actually happens.
