Would not do business with them again, unless in person and I have part in hand when leaving property. Called and verified that a part was available and placed order for an additional part during the same call for a total of two parts over the phone. Was charged one week later when parts were shipped and received them one week after that. Only one part showed up. I called and left a message the same day with the selling agent via their direct line, complete with workorder number, and bill of lading number. No response. Called again 18 days later (this is Alaska in the summer), left message with selling agent again. Again no call back. Called the following Monday and waited on hold for the same selling agent. Once I was connected with the selling agent and informed them of the issues, I was notified that "I refunded you for the missing part, and you were only charged for the one you received". I was not refunded anything and the receipt I have (issued by Northwest) shows that I was charged the entire cost. When pressed, the selling agent "looked into it", and found that his "new shipper" didn't ship my missing part and he could have it sent out right away. This is a month after they were supposed to be shipped. I took the refund, which I am waiting on being processed as I write this review. No offer to provide a discount or any form restitution for lack of communication or completely failing on their end. Key Takeaways: Company was not responsive, and did not contact me when they failed to perform their part of our transactional agreement (pulling and shipping both parts order). After they took my money! I had to contact them, multiple times in order to get any information. They claimed they had done something that they did not until pressed. (refunded missing part, of which I was never informed that the part wasn't shipped). I also got the, "well I didn't charge you to pull, package, or ship the part" line. A pick and package fee was not discussed on the phone, and the part was shipped Collect On Delivery with AirLand, which I paid for. They charged more than stated on the phone (credit card charge, but was not notified, and the receipt does not reflect this fee). I don't have a problem with this as it is common practice now, but at least inform me instead of me finding it in a discrepancy between your receipt and my financial institution records.

I spent two weeks jumping through hoops with this business just trying to get them to calculate shipping and process my payment. Instead, I walked away with a canceled order, wasted time, and a compromised credit card. The entire process was an uncoordinated mess. I was initially passed around to Clint, who completely dropped the ball and left for vacation. Then I dealt with Josh, who falsely claimed my order had already shipped and promised a callback that never happened. Finally, I was handed off to Rob, who straight-up accused me of being a fraud and coldly refused to do business with me. Their reasoning? They claimed my ID was suspicious simply because it is a limited-term license (which, in my state, is standard procedure for individuals with vision impairments). Rather than asking me directly or doing a basic check, they made a lazy, offensive assumption. During this two-week delay, they demanded copies of my ID and the front and back of my credit card, yet they dragged their feet and never actually processed my legitimate payment. Lo and behold, right after giving their team my sensitive details, I flagged a fraudulent transaction on my card today and had to cancel it. They are disorganized, they handle customer data carelessly, and management treats people with absolute disrespect. Do not trust them with your information or your business.
