  The oil change was fine but the customer service was lacking. It may not matter to some but I am used to more customer interaction at other locations. They were also messy. There were multiple hand prints left on the vehicle and a little bit of oil running down the passenger fender. The next morning I had a 20” circle of oil under my truck. When they drained the pan some oil collected in a cross member on the frame and dripped on to the ground.

  Would have been 5 star but price was high. I brought oil and filter and they charged me $60 after tax.. I brought my own oil and filter. Service guys were great...

  Went to Jiffy Lube on Dimond to have my tires changed out and to get an oil change. The main purpose of the visit was the tires! I checked in at 9:30 and was told the oil change would happen soon but the tires would be a could hours. That was fine with me. I called to check the status of my car st 11:30 and was told the oil change was done but the tires would take a couple more hours. Still ok. I called back at 2:00 and was told the tires would be done at 3:00 and to call back then. I did and was told my car was done. Yay I go to get my car. I go to pay and they only charge me for the oil change. I ask about the tires and the person checking me out—-the same person who checked me in— said what tires. I go over that the tires- that were in my car-were to be changed out. After 10 mins of blank stares from multiple people I was told the tire change out was never put on the work order. If it was not on the work order, how did multiple people answer my questions of when my tires would be done. No one bother to actually look. Complete disregard for customer service!!!!

  Customer service just does not seem to be a priority anymore for most businesses. Not the case at Jiffy Lube, and I’ve been telling everyone. They are quick, courteous, and the guy even took my Costco cart back for me after I loaded everything into my car. I appreciate the extra efforts!

  Ordinarily, I get good service here. They only occassionally push me toward services I don't need but they accept a no when I say no. My last visit with them wasn't great, and I was content to forget about it. But they texted me afterwards from a number that doesn't monitor replies and asked me for a review - so since they wouldn't take a private response, here you go, a public review after an unhappy visit. As I said, normally decent service. I pulled up this time and sat in my car for at least 5 actual minutes without being acknowledged. There were a group of guys standing at the front of the *one* car in the service bay having a chat. I finally got out of my car and started walking in and one of them spotted me, ran inside, and grabbed a clipboard. I told him the key was in it. A minute later an employee comes inside and asks me if I want the same oil as last time. Yes. A few minutes after that he comes in carrying the cover to my car's undercarriage and tells me there were only three bolts on it. He starts berating me about how part of it is cracked because it was bouncing up and down on the ground due to not being attached properly. I said, "Great, let me pull my service records and show you that you guys were the last ones to work on the car. Then *you* can explain to me why it wasn't put back on properly." At which point he takes it back into the service bay without another word. Like I said, normally good service but apparently not the last time I went or this most recent time.
