  We have reservations for a car here. We have checked in to get it the car after 45 minutes in line .we were told they have no cars and it will be 45 minutes to 1 hour wait until we get one, 2 and1/2 hours ago and still waiting. We're not alone. There's a whole group of us here.only one agent is working the counter. We have no choice but to wait What else can we do. Thanks a lot Enterprise!!!!!!!!! Never again you betcha! .

  • Refusal of Confirmed Reservation: I arrived at the counter with a confirmed reservation, only to be turned away because the branch had run out of vehicles. I was told my only option was to return the next day to see if anything became available, leaving me stranded and completely disrupting my travel plans. • Downgraded Vehicle Class: When I returned the folowing day, I was downgraded to a Compact car despite having reserved and paid for an Intermediate car. No compensation or rate adjustment was proactively offered for this downgrade. • Safety Violation: The Compact car provided to me was unsafe. The front windshield had a large crack spanning halfway across the glass, which severely obstructed visibility and posed a major safety hazard. Being turned away with a guaranteed reservation is unacceptable. Being forced to drive a damaged, unsafe, and downgraded vehicle the next day is a massive failure in customer service and safety compliance.

  Title: Extremely disappointing — avoid Enterprise We booked our car 3–4 months in advance, yet at midnight we still had to wait 20–30 minutes for our vehicle. What made it worse was the employee’s extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. He gave us an inaccurate wait time, wouldn’t listen to our concerns, and kept repeating that he was a college student working there instead of taking responsibility. When we asked why we were still waiting, his response was essentially, “No one else is complaining.” That kind of attitude toward paying customers is completely unacceptable. Very poor customer service and extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend Enterprise and would think twice before ever renting from them again.

  SUV booked three months in advance, but upon landing at midnight, my reservation was not honored. Instead, the representative tried to downgrade me to a cheaper sedan. When I refused, the agent was dismissive and hostile, telling me "nobody else is complaining, it's just you" rather than fixing their own system error. Abysmal operational management and terrible customer service. Avoid.

  Prepare for them to have 0 cars available, and be sure to check for false charges after your trip is over..we booked two cars 60+ days in advance of our trip and paid in full. When we got to the desk at 12:30am with a party consisting of one disabled individual and a 2 year old after 14 hours of traveling, the gentleman at the counter laughed and told us they had no cars available. They offered to REIMBURSE us for an uber and a hotel stay. We had reserved an Air B&B over 1 year ago, and we had a 2 year old who could not ride in an uber (no car seat), so as appealing as it sounded to take money out of our vacation fund to pay for uber(s) and hotel room(s) and then wait for a reimbursement to process, this was not an option. After waiting 45 minutes, the girl behind the counter said that she felt bad for us and stayed late after her shift to clean one car for us. The rest of our party waited and got a second car an hour later. The female agent told us she put a note in our account to waive the refueling charge because of the difficulties we had. Not only were we still charged for refueling, one of our cars was charged a late fee!!!! We dropped off the cars at 3:30am (they were booked until 4am). They said they did not get the keys from the drop box until 6am, which is why there was “confusion.” Absolutely ridiculous. I could not be more disappointed in an experience.
