  Pick up and drop off were easy. Drop off staff were really friendly. Nice car with AWD in case of ice.

  Why do people give a poor review and a one star with an explanation, to constantly get a response with "we'll look into it"??? Ya right. This is happening every year.

  Gabby and a young man in undergrad with a forearm tattoo were exceptional! Service was the best that it could have possibly been. I scheduled my reservation to start 20 minutes after my scheduled arrival, but my flight was delayed by two hours. When I arrived, the man with the forearm tattoo was running a professional and efficient line. I was called up to the counter with a smile. I was not chastised for showing up to my reservation late, and I was politely told that they were having an hour back up. I was checked in quickly and given all the information I needed to start my wait. My first day in Anchorage was starting off 3 hours later than I expected, but after walking into the garage, I understood. There were hardly any cars in the lot, because we arrived during the peak season and requested a full sized vehicle. Should Enterprise hold a larger fleet, those extra cars would sit unused on the lot for most of the year, so just we experienced the worst of it. And the worst of it was just an hour long wait. I understood the trade off fully. As the team worked to problem solve for the few dozen or so customers, I was asked if I needed a full size suv. Gabby is an expert operator and this problem solving was exactly what was needed. Unfortunately, I did have a firm requirement for a full sized vehicle, but the families also needing one most certainly would have appreciated her asking me had I not needed it. While I waited for the car, Gabby problem solved for no less than 20 families, communicating with her team in the back and keeping me informed of her car I would be set up with. Gabby got me the reservation for a full sized vehicle in time. It was spotless. Parked right outside of waiting area exactly when she said it would be ready. As I’m loading up, I see Gabby in brisk walk, clearly attempting to help another customer. It was clear to me that she and the young man behind the counter are part of a hardworking team. My trip up to Anchorage was to propose to my now fiancé and these two people made the start of my trip wonderful. I’ll continue using Enterprise in Anchorage and elsewhere. Thank you so much!

  Rented a car in Anchorage and drove out to Homer and back. We had a decent experience with Enterprise which I've used many times and find it a very good value. Our car was nice to drive and as expected for the price.

  Jaren, a National/Enterprise employee, when we dropped off the car, knew exactly where we needed to go to get on the Princess cruise Whittier Shuttle, i.e. Carousel 1 baggage claims. Also the initial check-in was so easy and the staff so courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. We love Alaska and the Alaskans. So nice and warm. Enterprise gets a big kudos from me for the staff they hire.
