Only hiccup is this branch wanted a passport ( never needed before) Staff did their best and were working on a completely avoidable with clear communication on reservation problem. Decision makers do better. Staff remained clear efficient and kind but wow overwhelmed on the first cruise of the season. The passport hiccup ( for Canadians) was unnecessary
