  Less "electronics"(especially on the dash), but all-in-all, A DAMN FINE CAR. I am a Hertz "member", but I will choose ENTERPRISE in the future because of the fine service and the way they treated me when I'd lost my car to a collision and sad about it. THANK YOU You guys are the best!

  Do not go here, there is a woman there, she said her name is Kaitlyn , don’t believe if that’s true or not. Heavy set & tall pale woman with blue or green eyes. She is extremely rude, makes the process extremely difficult, I would just go to another location , ideally the airport location. This is not worth your time. I came with a reservation, my id , multiple credit cards, my wife’s id also. The card was also already on file. She made every attempt to make this process extremely difficult. The building is run down, she didn’t even offer to show us any cars, half of the cars were blocked in so they were just gonna give us whatever car is easy for her to get out of that mess of a parking lot. I don’t know if she was having a bad day but she should be working from home not talking to customers if that’s how she is on the daily. Iv rented from enterprise for over 10 years and this was my first horrible experience. I’m glad I walked out and didn’t go through with the reservation or have my girl come to help push through the reservation. She should be ashamed of her antics and whomever hired that should be just as ashamed. Will be sending in a complaint to enterprise corporate as well

  My car was in the shop & I had a rental for 3 weeks. Everybody here is so helpful, accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked with me to get me the best deal & were understanding when I had to keep extending my return date. Would not hesitate to rent from them again!

  Terrible customer service, they allowed me to book online at 4pm but came to location and the location is closed already!!!

  Wir sind Stammkunden und haben den Wagen im Voraus gebucht, da wir die kostbare Zeit in Anchorage gut nutzen wollten. Zu unserer Verblüffung wurde die Vorlage eines Reisepasses verlangt, obwohl wir nicht nur den Führerschein, sondern auch den deutschen Personalausweis vorzeigen konnten. Wir haben das gemietete Auto nicht erhalten. Ein Kanadier hatte dasselbe Problem. Als er darauf hinwies, dass die Vorlage des Passes nirgends erwähnt wird, hat er das Fahrzeug erhalten. So wurde unser Tag in Anchorage sehr beeinträchtigt.
